Seeking Role Players and Inspiration!

Well, I'm a bit bored these days, not many stories going, so I'm looking to get a few more started up, or restarted with those I've rped with in the past who see this and remember we were writing something and want to continue it. Anyway, here are a few of my plots that I'm craving the most at the moment. Just PM me if you are interested.

Dream Girl

A young man is surprised when he starts to have dreams every night about a beautiful woman. The first few nights it is only chance encounters. He passes by and notices her. Yet as the nights pass by, the dreams begin to change. He has visions of kissing her passionately. He dreams of dates to various places. Finally he begins to dream of intimate situations. He falls in love with this dream girl. Yet little does he know that these dreams have been placed in his head. His dream girl is real. She has watched him from a distance for a very long time, always too nervous to approach him and talk to him. She finds a way to place herself in his dreams and make him fall in love with her without him even knowing it.


Tora and Guy

Call me a comic book geek, I don't really care, but I am a fan of the DC comic universe. Now, I know that many probably don't know who he is, and those who do don't like him as much as others, but my favourite is Guy Gardner. He is an amazing character. He is quite deep and has been through a lot. He has recently changed away from being the complete jerk he used to be. Anyway, the best part about him is the way he is around Ice aka Tora Olafdotter. It is one of the most romantic stories I've seen and they are a very sweet couple.

Well, Ice dies in the DC universe. Of course, it is the DC universe, no one stays permanently dead. Eventually another writer starts another series and decides that a previously dead character would be perfect in their story. So, Ice comes back to life in a Birds of Prey adventure. However, she awakens and starts attacking everyone around her. The Huntress (I think it was the Huntress) is the only one there that knew her before she died. She is able to bring her back to normal by asking her what Guy Gardner would think if he saw her like that. Ice says "Guy" a few times and goes back to normal and falls asleep. How sweet. Guy holding her or the mention of Guy has revived her more than once when unconscious or something similar. In the recent DC universe, Ice tells Guy that she needs time to think and get used to life again before they have a relationship. Guy tells her they will start fresh and in one month, will have a date. Ice arrives early to Oa, where Guy is stationed with the Green Lantern Corps.

Basically what I want to do is start from there and have a thread where Guy and Ice rebuild their relationship. We don't have to follow along with the DCU events, especially since this is right near where Blackest Night starts, and that is just plain messed up, trust me. So, I hope someone has some interest in this because I've wanted to try something like it for a very long time.



The Office Sports Pool

A typical office building runs a sports pool for the employees. Two over-confident and daring employees decide to put side bets on the pool and it ends up getting way out of hand. The competition heats up and their side bets get wilder each week until they cross the line from money into actions.


Girl from Ipanema

Yes, a plot based on the song, somewhat. What I am imagining for this is that there is a popular girl like the one in the song. Tall, tan, young, and lovely. Anyway, the male character in the story would be a guy who is slightly above average who has developed a crush on the girl from seeing her each day by the ocean. He assumes she does not see him because so many other men are attracted to her that she must have a boyfriend and would not be interested in him. The thing is, she has noticed him and that many other girls notice him so she tries to ignore him, thinking she has no chance.
 
hey people out there in cyber world. I am a female who is hoping people will look past the v card in my status and want to work with me. I will list my interests so maybe someone will ya know want to work something out. Looking for long time role players,someone who can post daily or at least every other day,someone who can write like a couple paragraphs no one liner bull shit. Also I can write three or more paragraphs thats if my partner gives me stuff to work with. I also hate when people put good posts then they just get lazy and not lazy lazy but sloppy lazy.

Insomnia

I'm looking for a female partner in crime that is either a perpetual insomniac, keeps odd hours, is a true to life vampire (liar), or experimenting with how many days straight she can go without sleep and still keep her sanity.

I've been flirting with far too many ideas lately to post any here. I'm up for almost anything so long as the writing is good, the post size is moderate and I'm not a virtuous hero.

Ok,this would be for up to 8 players in addition to myself and it pretty simple really.

Takes place in a small generic vacation town on some little island on the west coast in the summer.

It's time once again for another boring summer at the beach house for the Smith family,only this year mom's younger sister "Aunt Lisa" will be joining them while her house is being remodeled.
20 year old "Joe" (an avid fan of porn) played by me, is watching a film called "Backdoor Biker Babes 10" and nearly passes out when he see's Aunt Lisa servicing three men at once! and he decides to make it his mission to seduce her.

Maybe this years vacation might not be boring after all?

I've been playing around with an idea but I haven't exactly acted on it, until now :)
I want to start a role play about a girl (me) who meets a vampire who appears to be a regular everyday man. I've talked to a few people about this, but none of them fit my idea. I what I offered here is very vague, but if you want more information then please PM me.

A bit more information about the idea;

The girl is very shy and quiet, but something about her screams wild and mysterious. That's what ___ (the boy) notices about her when they start to introduce each other. ____(the boy) is looking for a new 'pet' for his collection, and decides that I would be the perfect addition.

What I'm looking for a good male writer who is capable and literate. I'm not looking for one line posters of the sort. At least a few paragraphs would be great. I like to develop the characters along with the story.

'I Love You' Like A Lie

Note: A slightly futuristic and a slight gender-bending version of the Count of Monte Cristo, but with a little twist added. I actually was inspired after watching the anime 'Gankutsuou, and the thread will be based more on the anime than the real story of 'Le Comte de Monte Cristo'.

Setting: In the year 5053, despite being far in the future, many aesthetics of France in the 1800s were still retained, particularly in regard to social classes and wealth.

Story: A woman set on starting her quest of revenge; revenge in return for her three closest friends' betrayal. She had planned everything, she had gained ultimate wealth so she could reach to her final twisted goal. As she started her quest by returning to the harsh world after years of planning and waiting, the real world had welcomed her back and made her an instant favorite as she became 'The Countess'. Fate had led her to the ever so naive yet handsome son of one of the families she had targeted. Then she decided, she would use him as her tool to catalyst the process of taking on revenge on the three families. But firstly, she needed to obtain him; body and mind, and perhaps his heart as well. As for the victim, he couldn't help but be entangled in her deadly web and in the process, unaware of her ill-intentions.


Broken Wings

Setting: Following the present time.

Story: After a tragic incident which involved his dearest older brother being murdered, he tried to lead a normal life. There were no clues left behind to indicate any suspects on who had done such a terrible thing. A year had passed since then. One day, a woman came up to him, speaking of his brother's death and it seems this woman was linked to his brother in some way. It was then his life turn upside down when the woman said she could help him locate his brother's murderer. What he didn't realise was when he took the offer of her help, it would led him to the ugly truth as well as danger coming to his way.

Looking for female writer

I am looking for female co-writer to write a story with me called Climbing to the Sun. The story is about to good friends Roger and Julie and they take adventure trips every summer. They both have both been involved in relationships but they have gone nowhere. They take a trip to a place where they climb a mountain together but along the way they discover they are more then friends. Things take a very sensual turn as they discover one another. I would love to hear your ideas for the direction this story could take.

1. Two goods friends are alone and decide to spend the day together so they can be with someone. Maybe after some drinks at dinner they are at his place.
2. A couple invites out a mutual female friend because they feel bad she is alone on V-Day and invite her to join them for dinner. (Would need two women or one willing to play both roles)
3. The wife wants to surprise her husband for the day by bringing another woman into the bedroom as a present. Could be a friend or a woman she found on craigslist. (Same as above, 2 women or 1 for 2 roles)

I'm looking to possibly start up a Mass Effect rp that would be open to multiple writers. Characters involved would could either be characters from either game or your own original characters that you made up. The story would most likely revolve around a mission or plot related to the main story, but not directly from the games.

The Life of a Slave

She couldn't remember how long she'd been here... in this dark place. Kidnapped to repay her father's gambling debts and to simply make an extra profit off of, the girl sitting in the cage huddled herself into the corner, hugging her knees to her chest and running her hands up and down her arms to generate some sort of heat. The cellar-like place was dark and dank, the air moist and cool against her skin. It sent chills through her as she sit there, sparsely clothed skin pressed against the bars of the small prison they'd put her in.

For god knows how long, they'd put her under rigorous training and exercises, teaching her how to be an ideal slave. And now, it would seem, after also having made her undergo a few procedures to make sure her body would always be ideal for those she pleasured, it was time for her to be sold. So they'd brought her here, to this large manor house in the middle of nowhere. She could only guess it was located in the south, the air was too muggy and warm to be in the mid or northern areas of the country, and many people here spoke with an accent.

They'd brought her in, negotiated a price with a man who was obviously foreign, his accent thick and what she believed she could identify as middle eastern. From the way they'd talked while she knelt there at their feet, she was not the only girl he had here, and this would just be a mid-way point between those who'd trained and prepared her and where she'd be sent to live as a slave for what could possibly be the rest of her life.

The man would house her here, and put her on display until one of his clientele decided to buy her. At which point, he'd take a small percentage of her final selling price, and the rest would be sent directly to those who had trained her.

After they'd left, the man, whom she'd finally decided had to be Arabic, made her crawl to a set of steps, then walk down them, always in front of him, below how tall he stood, her head bowed in an obedient manner. He'd lead her through the basement, then to a line of cages, some with women already in them, some empty. After she was inside of the cage, she had time to notice two bowls that looked like they were intended for an animal. Inside of one was water, the other was empty for now.

And now here she was, waiting for the time to come. It had been just over a week since her arrival in this new, dark prison, and there hadn't been any buyers come to see the girls yet. She was about to give up on the idea of ever being out of the cage except long enough to relieve herself and bathe when the lights overhead suddenly switched on, bright and nearly blinding. She let out a whimper, clenching her eyes shut and rubbing at them with her fingers, hoping to relieve the pain in them.

It was then that she heard not one voice, but multiple, and more than one set of feet coming down the wooden stairs into the dungeon-like prison.

"Have a look, sir, and choose your girl. Their prices vary of course, but I guarantee they're worth it."

So, it would appear a buyer had finally come to look at them...

Please, if you're looking at joining, make sure you can write out posts that are at least one to two long, well written, descriptive paragraphs.
