Good for you James. Just never stop honey. The key word for me is " moderation" ( or balance ). I love whole milk and real butter ect. I just don't have them every day. At my age I don't run but I walk. The only thing I don't do in moderation is make love. That is a healthy thing also. LOL And so much fun. Have a wonderful day.

CONTINUING ON WITH THE STORY. STEVEN HAD ARRIVED ABOUT 2PM AND NOW IT WAS ALMOST 6PM. WE HAD TALKED FOR FOUR HOURS AND I FELT THAT I WANTED TO CONTINUE THAT. I ASKED HIM TO EXCUSE ME AND WENT INTO THE BACK OF THE HOUSE AND CALLED THE GENTLEMAN HAD THE DATE WITH THAT NIGHT. I CAME BACK AND STEVE SAID HE SHOULD LET ME GO AND GET READY FOR MY DATE. I TOLD HIM I HAD CANCELLED IT AND I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT SMILE ON HIS FACE. HE ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO GO OUT FOR BITE OF DINNER. TRUTHFULLY, I DIDN'T WANT TO DRIVE ANY PLACE IN HIS VW WITH THE SURFBOARD ON TOP. I HOPE THAT DOESN'T SOUND SNOOTY BUT REMEMBER I WAS 60 AT THE TIME AND WAS USE TO GOING OUT IN FERARRI'S, PORSCHES ETC. LOL. I TOLD HIM I WOULD RATHER ORDER OUT AND CONTINUE OUR CONVERSATION. WE DID THAT. I ALSO ASKED HIM IF HE WOULD LIGHT A FIRE IN THE FIRE PLACE. I ALSO LIT SOME CANDLES. BROKE OUT A GOOD BOTTLE OF MERLOT. WE HAD SOME PASTA AND SALAD AND THEN SAT DOWN BY THE FIRE AND CONTINUED TO TALK.

Thank you again babe. I am honored my new friend. A new camera? Luckily now they are getting better and better and really less expensive. We use a Minolta Dimage7 that has a remote with it. Problem is that Minolta has now gone out of the digital camera business so we are hoping this one will hold up. LOL I think that Kodak has some good and reasonably priced camera now. Kodak was the original introvator of digital camera's but decided that the market wasn't there and dumped their digital division. Then digital filming took off ............so they are late coming to the market but have good camera's and probably the best lens on the market.....the Spencer lens. Very few on the market have remotes though. I am not sure but I think only the Minolta and Cannon. I will look forward to anything else you post darlin.
