Hope you and Steve had a great Saturday. Almost finished with the chores I set out for the weekend, but I'm pooped and had enough today. I also had my sister's 4 yr old for about 4 hours, because she was doing fall cleaning at her own house! Taking a break, but may go back for another hour or so before bedtime! LOL....that's because I'll be having 14-17 for dinner tomorrow night (my turn to host family dinner on Sunday!!)

Sugar a little " bling, bling" always helps the cause honey. Thanks so much for stopping in sugar. Steve works off his Sony from 1995. It's still going strong. I have a new Compact though that zooms. I suppose one of these days we will have to invest in a new one also. The technology moves so quickly. So nice to being seeing so much of you.

Hey sugar, can I come to dinner tomorrow. Seems like I have been cooking all my life. I am looking forward ( with anxiety) to about 50 for Thanksgiving. Actually TG is fun time and so much can be made ahead of time. Always a fun time for everyone though and that makes it worthwhile. I am sure your guests/family will appreciate it honey. Traditions are a great thing in families. God I miss my Mom's Sunday dinners. LOL

B&W has always been about light and shadows... When I was in Art school we had to do a composition in one color, medium was our choice. I chose a lime green oil pastel. The model was a mature lady full of sensual curves, it was a grey winter day and with the lights off in the room and the natural light coming from the sky light, the shadows and light effects were wonderfull. I wish I still had that picture. I long ago gave it to an old girlfriend.
