Take a deck of cards. Give everyone 5 cards. Every suit of the deck means something:
Hearts- to kiss
Diamonds - to massage or fondle
spades- to penetrate or engulf
clubs- to spank or beat
ever card stands for a body part:
Ace- the face/mouth
King - the forward facing genitals
Queen - the chest or breasts
Jack - the ass
10 - The upper back
9 - The lower back
8 - Under the arms
7 - area between the genitals
6 - thighs
5 - neck
4 - legs
3 - arms
2 - hands
1 - feet
Each person one at a time turns over a card and chooses the person to who he/she wishes to perform the act. If they refuse to perform the act, they lose the round. If the person turns them down that person loses the round and his/her play flor that round. a point is awarded for ever completed act as indicated by the cards. Winner has the most points after the five cards each is gone through.
The R rated version can be played by removing the black cards from the deck.

StripMac is a game for MAcs (NOT OS X) that is half Strip Poker half Truth or dare.
There are tricks (if you know the game Egyptian Rat Screw, it's like that, or substitue your own version), and if you LOSE the trick then the following happens:
You can get x(say, 25) Credits to remove a peice of clothing
you can get x (10 or 5) to take a Penalty Card (like a Dare)
PAY x (15) credits to takea Reward card (maybe, make someone ELSE remove a peice of clothing and NOT get paid, or have them massage you, or...)
Pay 5 credits to roll the dice (make your own rules.. you may end up with one, two, three, or four Penalty or Reward cards)
I'm working on adapting it to just have a dec of cards, and the 2 stacks of rewards and penalties... when I'm done, I'll publish it for free online.

You can get them at a lot of adult stores, or Spencers or other "gag" stores. Other wise just use regular dice and write on a peice of paper what each number means.
Another game is the alphabet game. You and your partner go thru the alphabet and name a body part for each letter (a for abodomen, b for breast, ect). Then you have to touch or kiss that body part. It can get very creative. To make it more difficult don't allow slang words like c for cunt or a for ass. See how far you make it through the alphabet before you can't take it anymore.
