nah, they dont hurt-getting it done only hurt for about 2 seconds. the cleaning was the real bitch. twice a day having to wash with antibacterial soap-the longest time of my life-60 seconds at a time. but now i dont even feel them after having them both for over a year. im eventually going to get a whole ladder.
