"Club music" as I call it, is typical at most clubs, even the one I worked at. Interestingly, I can't go to a strip club and NOT hear Def Leppard or Motley Crue, be it big city or small time. The club I danced for allowed the dancers to pick the songs, which some do not. I took full advantage. While some girls pretended to be the bad girl on stage, "dancing" to their stock top 40 crap, I however took "naughty girl" to a new level. Ahhh fun times indeed.

Btw, my rotation at the time was something along the lines of:

See now there's a list of songs I would have paid extra for I'm not sure why Leppard or Crue were never played where I went, since it seems like those songs were constantly mentioned in conversations about stripping. Leppard even credits strippers with making "Pour Some Sugar on Me" such a huge hit for them when the album was first released.

While I stopped dancing professionally 14 years ago, I still pole dance at home for exercise, at least 30 minutes to an hour a day. I can think of no better workout than that. Besides, it has other benefits

Needless to say, I got some moves that would make a Slayer song seem sexy
