Sexy Tattoo?

Sadly tattoos have become so common that every celebrity or college coed has one on their shoulder blade or the lower back region.

I think a tattoo should take thought and have a story behind it. I've seen some that memorialize a lost loved one or some that pay tribute to someone. Some represent a hardship that has been overcome.

Don't just get some random tattoo slapped on your body. Design one yourself or take an existing one that you see in an artist's gallery and expand on it to make it yours. Let it tell a story.

As for pain. It all depends on the location of the tattoo, your threshold of pain, the intricacy of the tattoo and the artist.

LOL... everytime I see a generic tattoo, I always wonder whether or not that person will slapping his/her forehead in a few years.

Same here!, My first is an original he drew it right on me made sure I liked it and we started tattooing... 3ish hrs later... Yay! Presto!

All good points! I laughed at my brother when he got his first tattoo... It was the most generic upper shoulder tat, I had ever seen....Dweeb...it tells nothing about him except that he is a scorpio....great thanks... awesome that took a lot of work to pick out...

I like individual tattoos, but it depends on the person and the design.

I'm not so keen on tats that cover the entire body.

I have a small one on my buttock/hip which is personalised from a design I saw in the parlour. I want another to go on the upper slope of my breast.

lol, I have one of those so called tramp stamps on my lower back. It's a celtic style dragon, completely black in color.
If you are thinking of getting something just black- while I like the effect, I think I would have liked it better if I had gotten just like one splash of red or something in there, like maybe somewhere in the wings.
Grab attention, or something? lol
Oh yeah, and it hurt like a bitch.

The one I had on my shoulder didnt hurt half as bad going on as it did being lazered back off again. That fucking stung

Was ............ a fraction under legal age when it was done too. Handy knowing the right people She was good too, sadly I wouldnt be able to find her now. think she'd do the butterfly perfectly

Well... I had to get mine done twice and the second time hurt more than the first time... Scar tissue I suppose.
It really helps if you just scream.... Also, the first time mine were done it was one at a time. The second time I said FUCK THAT, get someone else in here and do it together. lol

I know it only take like 1/2 a second, I just build myself up for something bad...
