Anyway, the simple idea is a horny guy sees a hot babe walk down the street, or into a room, or onto the bus...
and just means to think this, but says it out loud
his companion (or a not so innocent bystander?) over hears
and says "Really? I know her, I could arrange it..."

I sorta think it might be interesting if it was the wife who is the one who overhears it and offers to arrange it, possibly leading to a threesome, but interested in other ideas...

for the "he could fuck me", the first speaker could be female, or it might be same sex?

This idea brings Julia Louis Dreyfus to my mind in this SNL skit with Pete Davidson.

Her closing line 'I'm gonna fuck that kid' is more direct than 'he could fuck me'. She takes charge, but it could still be overheard and facilitated by a third person if that's the plot driver.
