I just survived the worst illness I have ever caught. My Mrs. returned from a business trip and gave the bug to almost everyone she came in contact with. I ran a temperature of 103.4 at the highest point and was so light headed that I couldn't drive to the Dr.
She had bronkitis but with the meds was able to work whereas I was flat on my back for several days.
I returned to the gym today but realized just how much that illness took out of me and that it will be a couple weeks before I get back to where I was before getting ill.
I'm fastidious about hand washing and insuring that I don't touch my face, etc while at the gym and one lil hello kiss almost put me in the hospital.
Thanks for missing me Eve...
I'll be around more often now.
