I say absolutely yes, shaved for decades, waxed for a few years, got laser hair removal since after 40+ years of removing it knew I wasn't going to change my mind, so now it permanently smooth with never any stubble or itching
 
My wife much prefers that I'm completely smooth everywhere except for a bit of short hair (1/4" or so) on my pubic bone.

I just grab the razor I use for shaving and bring it into the shower. Sometimes I'll use her leg shaving cream, other times just soap. Remarkably, I've never nicked myself, which is a concern as I shave my shaft because of the few prominent veins. I've also become quite adept at shaving around the backdoor, which is done with a leg up on a bench and my the other hand spreading the opposite cheek (TMI? Sorry :ROFLMAO:) My wife enjoys pegging me and prefers to NOT see a nasty tangle of hair back there.

I shouldn't care, but I'm always a bit embarrassed when I see my urologist or dermatologist and they see my business.

I use hair conditioner...keeps things slick enough when using a razor.
 
Hairs (or not) have nothing to do with hygiene. A good shower yes :) For me it’ll be as natural as possible for women and men. Hairs are soft and wonderfull and yours smells and flavors are my paradises !
 
Shaved completely once many years ago. Both me and ex didnt like it..didnt like the look also became too itchy and uncomfortable. I now prefer to trim short, although its overgrown at the moment due to 5 months in hospital amd mobilty issues and having to live downstairs in my lounge. Hopefully I will be able to get upstairs again soon and can trim again.
