Show us your face... over again!

Not a face pic but...

Not a face pic but today 10/18/19 is national mammogram day in the US. Treat the boobs well ladies and gents, even if they’re not on your own body.

I would be glad to

OK, due to overwhelming popular demand (thanks to both of you, ladies) it's back in my profile.

Yes, I know it's 3 years old and my hair's shorter now....

Very handsome, and I hope you won’t mind my saying you’ve got a bit of a Malcolm Young thing going on there. He was my favorite. Also, good choice for an avatar! Saturn is my favorite planet, I last saw it in July up at Lowell.

Thanks Dee. I've got lots of my photos of galaxies and nebulæ to choose from, but they don't really fit with the UserName. Uranus and Neptune are just coloured blobs, even with a 43" (1083mm) mirror, so it was Jupiter or Saturn. As Saturn is currently at -22° declination, we're not going to see it like that again in UK/US until 2032, so I chose that one.

Bet you get some great skies in Arizona, we get some measurable rain on 300 days a year here.

Well then I’m especially glad I caught a glimpse of it, if it’s going to be so elusive over the next decade.

The Lowell Observatory is located up in Flagstaff, which sits at right around 2100+ m altitude. They have these huge telescopes which get wheeled out on clear nights and aimed at particular points of interest in the night sky. A fab place to visit.

Oh and I think blobs can be sexy too. :D

I've missed so many faces recently!! This is something of a "if you build it they will come" attempt...:D
