Thanks, Sassy!! I've been trying forever to find a product that covers undereye baggage and dark circles. Lol. Had to share that I'm almost halfway there.

It's called proper rest i don't know what that is like though. I use picsart. But the push to upgrade to premium is getting annoying.

I think mine are genetic. They aren't as bad when I am well rested (on the rare occasion) but even then I am never completely free of them.

It's an app on my phone. Mostly now, I use it mostly for resizing pics. But it has some fun filter options.
