Concrete Angel - Martina McBride, but I don't know the writer. The publisher of the song almost lost his job in Nashville trying to pitch that song to various artists - until Marina cut it and it hit #1, at which point the publisher went from scoundrel to hero. (The song is the story of a little girl who is killed by her abuser-dad. The concrete angel is her headstone.)
