Jozep Simic- Vintner, head of the Simic family. Not nobility, but more powerful. One of the 100 richest men in Gradzlata.

Anrej Simic- Son. Takes after his mother, leaving the family fortune to become an adventurer and be his own man.

Ludmilla herself. Mid 40s, blond, very good looking especially for her age. Ex whore, owner of the best brothel in the basin.

Felicia- Best of Ludmilla's girls. Candidate for working at "the velvet rope" she turned down the offer, preferring to be a big fish in a small pond, rather than just one more at the top brothel in Gradzlata. Smart as a whip, deviant.

Jens-Dieter- A big ruddy faced man with a black shield with a gold lion on it, indicating he's some kind of knight.

Ludowy-

The order of the lily- Ludowy nobles who want to restore the bright empire under Bogumil.



Places

Gradzlata - the setting of our tale. A city and Duchy by the sea, nestled between two great kingdoms which have conquered all their neighbors but each other. Built on the ruins of the Homines city Citta De Mare, there is a catacomb of unearthed treasure below that waits for the bold. The Demonska Planina, or devil's mountain, rises over the city and is the home of the Ducal palace. The Duchy is kept safe on all sides by the Stulkin Vid, towering mountains with narrow passes that keep it separate from its Volk and Ludowy neighbors.

Kingdom of the Volk - West of Gradzlata. Ruled over by the Volk, their king wants to restore the Bright Empire. He has conquered his western neighbors, and now looks to the east and the lands of Bogumil.

Kingdom of the Ludowy- The Ludowy are masters of light cavalry, and their lancers are renowned. Masters of the eastern half of the former bright empire, they too have conquered their neighbors and look to the west, wondering what might be. Their King, bogumil I is not sure he could take, let alone hold the sprawling territory of the Volk, but his lords are keen on more conquest.

Sewochan- Desert kingdom to the south. The river floods on a regular basis and its waters are predictable on a cycle. Extremely rich. Currently in a drought ina low river point in the cycle. Buying massive amounts of grain

Kesh- home of the Keshvians, rivals as world powers to the Volk and Ludowy.

I figured I'd throw it out there, since they know each other already. I'm really leaving it to the DM though. Sometimes, when doing play-by-post, solo play can be easier than group play, especially if someone is taking too long to respond, and slowing the group down.
Personally I like the "Comic Book" format where each Hero has their own individual storyline, but they'll all come together to fight common threats, like the Avengers, X Men, etc...
