Six Months of the Trumpanzy! Oh Fuck!

Trump and company were only blindsided because they weren't paying any attention to what is going on. They don't even yet have a clue what is involved in health care.

The Republican claim that the bill failed because the Democrats sabotaged it is a nonstarter. They didn't include the Democrats in any way from the very beginning. The fun approach now would be for them to start from the beginning in reform of the current system with hearings and such and fully including the Democrats--very publicly saying the Democrats are part of the process and will have responsibility too. They could arrive at something better than the current system (for Americans) by replacing the ultraconservative "just let them die" Republican faction with moderate Democrats in the vote.

I agree, they have no idea what's going on. Their cluelessness has been the Democrats' elixir. Republicans had a major loss this morning because of their immoral health bill. It's incredible that even some of the ultra-conservatives were not backing this bill. Even THEY are not giving the support that Trump needs and that, as Robert Frost wrote, "has made all the difference".

GOP has nothing to fall back on after health care plan collapses

WASHINGTON — Republicans are desperate for a big win as the party's inability to score a major victory by the August recess marks one of the few times in four decades a new president has failed to use his honeymoon period to achieve a huge legislative triumph.

Talk of working together is only that, said Sen. Jim Risch, R-Idaho.

"Everybody says that, nobody does that," he told McClatchy. "Because of the animosity, vitriol, the partisanship. You cannot judge what's going on here today by anything that's happened in the past because of the level of animosity."

Repealing and replacing Obamacare was supposed to be the major achievement of President Donald Trump's first months. Now that that effort has collapsed, there's nothing obvious for Republicans to rally around.

What's particularly embarrassing for Republicans is that the party controls both the White House and Congress for the first time in 10 years. And the GOP has recent history on its side.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., defended the Senate's work Tuesday, citing the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch and other matters, but could not list any huge accomplishment.

"We have 14 repealed regulations and we're only six months into it," McConnell said. "The last time I looked, Congress goes on for two years. We'll be moving on to comprehensive tax reform, to infrastructure. There is much work left to be done for the American people and we're ready to tackle it."

Good Luck with that Mitch. Your bumbling Congress is incapable of advancing the public welfare, as they have no plan but to goosestep to the Dark Lord's drumbeat.

It was all a vast conspiracy, to allow the GOP to win elections in order to get them to display their incompetency.
I recall the early days of Tromp's campaign when many suspected Billary's pal of being their pawn or partner, aimed at undermining and destroying the GOP. That doesn't seem so preposterous now. Tromp has set up the Guppies to devour themselves. Nice work, Donald!

Seven years. No plan? Hell, before that no plan. That's on the Republicans

No one calls Trump on his "plan" or the fact he learned politics so fast. Promised the Moon and MARS without a clue what he would or should do to reach his goal and NO ability to actually work with others to create one! That's on the 49% or less that elected Trump.

History will cry.

Show this devastating list to Trump supporters who think their candidate is sticking to his promises

So after six months, has he delivered what he promised you?

1. He told you he’d repeal Obamacare and replace it with something “beautiful.” You bought it. But he didn’t repeal and he didn’t replace. (Just as well: His plan would have knocked at least 22 million off health insurance, including many of you.)

2. He told you he’d cut your taxes. You bought it. But tax “reform” is stalled. And if it ever moves, the only ones whose taxes will be cut are the wealthy.

3. He told you he’d invest $1 billion in our nation’ crumbling infrastructure. You bought it. But his infrastructure plan, which was really a giveaway to rich investors, is also stalled.

4. He said he’d clean the Washington swamp. You bought it. But he’s brought into his administration more billionaires, CEOs, and Wall Street moguls than in any administration in history, to make laws that will enrich their businesses, along with former lobbyists, lawyers and consultants who are crafting new policies for the same industries they recently worked for.

More fails in the article!

Are we tired of failure yet?

He said he'd ditch the Iran nuclear-control deal his first day in office. He just recertified it for the second time since he entered office.

Trump says 'I don't like Pinocchios,' almost immediately lies

July 18, 2017

The scene was a White House speech to open Trump's "Made in America" week. Trump claimed he had “signed more bills — and I’m talking about through the legislature — than any president ever.”

Seemingly realizing this was blatantly false, he said, "I better say ‘think,’ otherwise they’ll give you a Pinocchio. And I don’t like those, I don’t like Pinocchios."

Only eight-and-a-half minutes later, Trump said, without qualification, that the U.S. had added 45,000 coal mining jobs since he took office.

Washington Post Fact Checker columnist Glenn Kessler tackled both Trump's jab and his math on Twitter. “Well, this is how you end up with Pinocchios!” he said, linking to the Post’s fact-check of EPA administrator Scott Pruitt's similar, and similarly false claim.

The number of coal mining jobs has increased by roughly 800 since Trump became president.

Trump's a liar, he's always been a liar, he lies when there is no need to lie, he's a pathological liar, if his mouth is open he's lying, if it's closed he's thinking up his next lie, and despite all that experience he's not any good at lying, he couldn't lie straight in a bed!

Mueller defies Trump warning and expands Russia probe to include family’s business dealings: report

President Donald Trump on Wednesday said that it would be a “red line” if special counsel Robert Mueller began investigating his family’s business dealings — and now a new report from Bloomberg claims Mueller is about to do just that.

One source tells Bloomberg that Mueller’s team is “examining a broad range of transactions involving Trump’s businesses as well as those of his associates.”

Among other things, the source claimed that “FBI investigators and others are looking at Russian purchases of apartments in Trump buildings, Trump’s involvement in a controversial SoHo development with Russian associates, the 2013 Miss Universe pageant in Moscow and Trump’s sale of a Florida mansion to a Russian oligarch in 2008.”

The source claims that Mueller’s investigation into Trump’s business dealings is picking up from an investigation into a massive money-laundering scheme that was run by former Manhattan U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara until he was fired by Trump earlier this year.

Looking into Trump's business dealings over years? Oh No! Trumpanzy is scared now! - :D

Money laundering is illegal; money laundering for the Russians is really illegal. Go for it, investigators.

GOPer confirms Trump’s ignorance after health care meeting: ‘I don’t think it’s important for him to understand’

Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-LA) confirmed on Thursday that President Donald Trump does not understand the Senate’s health care bill.

MSNBC’s Hallie Jackson noted during an interview with Cassidy that Trump recently made statements to The New York Times that suggested that he was confused about the basics of health care legislation.

Trump told the Times:

"So pre-existing conditions are a tough deal. Because you are basically saying from the moment the insurance, you’re 21 years old, you start working and you’re paying $12 a year for insurance, and by the time you’re 70, you get a nice plan. Here’s something where you walk up and say, “I want my insurance.” It’s a very tough deal, but it is something that we’re doing a good job of."

“The statement is a little confusing,” Jackson pointed out. “Does he get the intricacies of what you guys are discussing in the Senate?”

“First, I think the president is about broad principles,” Cassidy opined. “And how I receive his statement, obviously premiums are lower for those who are younger. And you have to have them lower because the person graduating from college doesn’t have very much money. And as we age, premiums will rise in price, but so does our need for insurance.”

Trumpanzy is just supposed to march to McConnell's cadence and STFU?

Deutsche Bank agrees to hand over Trump records to investigators — and they may contain Russia probe info

Deutsche Bank has agreed to hand over records of its financial dealings with President Donald Trump after months of stalling and insistence that the records are confidential and privileged information.

Vanity Fair‘s Bess Levin wrote on Thursday that the German company was one of the last banks on Wall Street willing to do business with Trump after his long line of bankruptcies and unpaid debts.

Deutsche Bank loaned Trump hundreds of millions of dollars when no one else would. Now banking regulators are questioning why the banking giant would take on that kind of risk and taking a closer look at the relationship between Trump and Deutsche Bank — which, like the president, has significant ties to the Russian oligarchy.

The New York Times reported that investigators are “reviewing hundreds of millions of dollars in loans made to Mr. Trump’s businesses through Deutsche Bank’s private wealth management unit . . . to [see] if the loans might expose the bank to heightened risk.”

Deutsche Bank executives, The Guardian said, are bracing for subpoenas from former FBI Director Robert Mueller’s investigation into Trump, which is reportedly expanding to include Trump’s ties to Russian money laundering and organized crime.

:D

NYT reports, You Decide!

Donald Trump’s NYT Interview Was HOLY FUCKING SHIT!

Yesterday, three New York Times reporters sat down with Donald Trump for his first non-Fox interview in weeks. Why does he keep coming back to the failing New York Times when they always make him look like a lunatic? How does Maggie Haberman get him to say all this crazy stuff? And how are we only six months into this horrible nightmare?

Around 9PM the Times dropped a partial transcript which is so bonkers that we are actually feeling a little lightheaded. And to prove they aren’t FAKE NEWS, they released audio of some of the best bits.

 This Nucker's Futs!

So... looking at his tax returns to see about Russian money laundering is out of bounds? Who the f does he think he is? Oh. President, that's right. Our fucking King with all his untouchable kids around him. The Founding Fathers are spinning faster and faster!

O. J. Simpson, Ram Nath Kovind, John McCain, Jeff Sessions and Chester Bennington have all conspired to knock Donald Trump off the front page.

‘They don’t have the f*cking balls’: Billionaire GOP donor furious at Republicans afraid to stand up to Trump

A wealthy and generous donor to the Republican Party has revealed that he is furious with the cowardice of his party’s federal officials.

“All the Republicans who hide behind the flag and hide the church, they don’t have the f*cking balls to do what it takes,” Florida billionaire Mike Fernandez told Politico via telephone.

In 2016, Fernandez spent a hefty $3.5 million on ads attacking President Donald Trump, $3 million of which went to Jeb Bush’s campaign. But now he’s taking issue with the rest of the Republicans in the party.

“I am out of the political process,” he told Politico, explaining that he was leaving the party. “Too disgusted, too expensive, too supportive of ego maniacs whose words have the value of quicksand,” he responded to one GOP fundraiser, who sent out an email solicitation.

“It is demoralizing to me to see adults worshipping a false idol. I can’t continue to write checks for anyone,” he continued, blasting his own party’s members. “I know what it’s like to lose a country.”

He continued, blasting Trump as “abortion of a human being” and went on to say that had he known what the president would become he would have worked as a doctor to make sure Trump was never born. Fernandez is a doctor and chairs MBF Healthcare Partners.

-:D

First off what would you propose we do? I ask because you have produced no answers or even reasonable answers . It seems to me and most rational people that you would just let the healthcare system failing entirely. Democrats will not work with Republicans regardless of what they come up with. Liberals won't even come in the same room much less in the debate because factually they are incompetent. Trump is a dumbass and I agree but Obama care has been a multi billion dollar failure so use your free cell phone and post that.

Chief of Staff Reince Priebus had no idea Trump was hiring Anthony Scaramucci to be the new communications head

Anthony Scaramucci is taking over the communications team at President Donald Trump’s White House, but it was news to Chief of Staff Reince Priebus.

According to an Axios report claiming the former Wall Street financier and frequent Fox News contributor is new to the team.

However, the hire, “came as a surprise to Chief of Staff Reince Priebus, who found out after the plans had already been made,” Axios claimed.

“Scaramucci expected to be named comms director in coming days,” New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman tweeted Thursday night. “Open question whether Priebus tries to stop it.”

Trump attorneys researching pardons and searching for ways to block and undermine Mueller probe

The New York Times and the Washington Post both published stories Thursday evening detailing efforts by President Donald Trump’s legal team to cripple and de-fang Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller’s investigation into Trump’s ties to Russia and possible collusion with that country in meddling with the 2016 election.

Trump lawyers are searching for ways to undercut the FBI: reports

Manafort is now under investigated by Mueller after news of possible money laundering

Special Counsel Robert Mueller is investigating Donald Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort over potential money laundering as part of the probe into Russia’s alleged interference in the U.S. election. On Thursday, The Wall Street Journal reported Mueller had begun looking into Manafort’s financial transactions several weeks ago, a source familiar with the issue told the newspaper.

Here’s how obstruction of justice and excuses can ultimately bring down a president

Today marks the first half year of the Trumpanzy, what are the odds he will make a full year?
