i thought so very early on in this thread & i didn't say so then as i already felt that my plate was more than full in regard to inviting further replies of disagreement and disdain as a result of my opinions:

i know that many who indulge in the pleasures of BDSM have many many different methods, many different options and many differing degrees for which they experience *their kinks* but ................. In this case, it seems to me .. that Naughtyslave and pellso27 are two (or one) who are here for the mere sport of toying with others, and mocking the 'lifestyle' (or whatever we, generally speaking, may wish to label it).

Call me rude, call me unaccepting of *their kink* if you must (i'm not normally known for not being able to accept 'kinks' or styles of others which differ from my own & i find them to normally be very interesting) ... but , i have never heard of a slave and a Master who take turns spanking each other. :confused: i understand that the theory may apply with switches .. but i've never known any switches that i have come across who refer to each other as a slave and master. First time for everything i suppose, but this one seems far too fetched for me to not stop and scratch my head a bit.

You know there are moments when my 'PC--let everyone just be' just flies out the window. I can't help it. I'm not perfect. But, then if I were perfect, I'd be walking on water and you'd all be praying to me, so a little imperfection is allowed this mere mortal.

Huh?? Did you mean to target someone else only to mistakenly direct this reply to me?

Anyone who has read this thread can clearly see that listening to my gut, & sticking by my own opinions even when they conflict with those of the majority have found most of the people who replied to this thread NOT in agreement with me. i have never been and never will be one to bend my beliefs, opinions and views for the mere sake of acceptance, and/or any attempt at 'fitting in' (unless i'm serving my Master by doing so, which is unlikely in that He does appreciate that i'm not caught up with having to make too much of an effort to fit in, and have a mind of my own).

my last post, prior to this one, was the 'polite version' of sharing what is on my mind regarding my opinion of pellso27 & Naughtyslave. It was written clearly enough & i don't see how it would be mistaken as anything other, more or less.

Cheyenne, you'd do better in making your point by directing it toward someone else as your example of someone who 'bends' or who is caught up with being accepted.

i could have typed those exact words myself. And while being less than 'PC' at times may piss a lot of people off most of those times, i prefer speaking my mind to having to constantly censor my own thoughts and opinions. i certainly agree.

That was a compliment. Or at least it was intended to be. And yes, it was directed to you as part of the bdsm community. I've found (in the past) that the people in bdsm seem to try to be accepting of everyone with any interest in their particular kink. My point was that there is a limit to being that accepting when the people pretending to be part of the community are obviously wacky.

The best (and frankly only effective) way to deal with drama dealers is the ol' iggy bin. If you believe someone is feeding off the frenzy, stop feeding them. When no one replies, when no one responds, when the controversy stops being one, they have to leave to find other feeding grounds.
