In your photo processing program, there should be a status bar that gives the image size -- it's at the lower right on most of my imaging programs.
If there isn't a status bar, then there should be a menu choice somewhere that give "image information", or Image size.
Look in your programs help menu under image size, and resizing.
If all else fails, go to http://www.jasc.com and download the trial copy of PaintShop Pro. (it's only good for 60 days, and registration was around $100 last time I looked. But, if you do very much with pictures at all, it is well worth the price because it can handle almost ANY picture format.)
Or as Texan suggested, send it to me and I'll resize and return. It only takes about thirty seconds to resize a picture.)
