Good advice, and I try to often. . Had them a little late in life, so I spoil them.

About the nipple piercing.... It does hurt, or did for me. I also had some infection problems (2 trips to the doc for antibiotics and having to explain why, at 38, I felt the need to pierce my nipples ), but I would do it again. Not only does it looks cool, it actually increases sensetivity in some people. Although with others, it can impair it. Like everything else in life, you take your chances

If you do get it done, do it for you, not for anyone else .

I have talked to several women whom have had it done and I keep getting mixed feedback, but they all say HELL YES IT HURT. They seem to disagree on if it's worth the pain and the level of pain, so I am guessing it's a tolerance thing...
As for my other body decorations, I have both ears pierced twice, my navel pierced and 3 tat's...(and a couple of surgery scars)...

Lol, I have the same problem explaining to my gyno now why I keep myself shaven...why are they so nosey?
Another girl I spoke to about it said the pain was so intense she felt like passing out? and she'd rather have 6 more kids (has 2 now) completely natural before she'd do it again...So I guess it's a tolerance thing...
My nips are VERY sensitive now so even if it desensitized me a little I don't think it'd be a bad thing *grin*

Ewww, I did actually get sick to my stomach and swoon when I had my nipples done. I swore like a sailor, too. It's a very intense, sharp pain, but it only lasted for a few minutes. I don't think it was as bad as giving birth. My nips bled, too, so there's that .
I think it's been about a year now since I had them done. My left went in crooked and I couldn't live with that, so I took it out. I have yet to get it redone, but I am going to someday.

You might go through it without so much as a frown. Ya just never know. I know several people who've had it done and didn't even flinch.
