Some recent Paintings....

[Starfish]

These are the ones I've done recently.

I missed Christmas because I was sick, but I got to have it today.....I am a lucky fucker.
I got a $125.00 gift certificate to my favorite Art supply store.
I am gonna be happier than a pig in shit.

Well. Not that happy.

Remember how I was whining about not having money to do anything nice for my man for xmas? Well, I came up with these.

They are three small paintings all done to hang in a row, and the one in the middle has a love poem I wrote, that I did up in chinese caligraphy that says some sappy shit that you don't need to know.

This is what I painted today. It is an ink painting. I forgot one of his front legs, but I'll add it in. I am having a stamp made of my signiture in chinese, so I am waiting to 'sign' it. It is good that I did, because I am apparantly not done. lol This puppy is gonna be my av now, I think.

FISHIE, these are great babe!

Nice work, glad to hear that you're well enough to paint again. Keep 'em both up, (painting and health).

LOVELY

Very nice..lovely light touch with watercolours..that's hard to do!
..the second landscape is my favourite tho the dragon is very nice..so swirly and spontaneous looking!

If you can get it over there..prolly can there's a grade of paper called "stonehenge" which is about 3mm's thick..and would show up your deft style with the watercolours really well

thanks for sharing..talent!..i like talent.

[Summery]

Those are wonderful Grechie!

I can't wait to see mine!

Maybe we should have a west coast viewing of it at my house (read: orgy), when it's done?

Very lovely Starfish! I love the coloring and the muted feeling of these works. Thanks for sharing them with us.

Beautiful!

Watercolors are such a challenge- you never know for sure what it'll look like until it's done and dry, because colors run & remix
every time they touch. You can't exactly paint over your mistakes.
Well done. It'll be a beautiful avatar.

I LOVE # 3!!!

It Makes Me Wanna Go On A Picnic

The Dragon Is Most Ultra Coolness Too!

[Starfish]
