It's going pretty good, thanks... nice day, but gotta work in a bit... yuck!

If you're still having problems with downsizing I'd suggest this program...
Irfraview... all you do is open the picture, go to Image, then resize... take the largest number and reset to 150 and it autmatically resizes it for you...

save the new one and you're set to go...
