I never heard it put that way...in their armour. Removing the head thing is kinda gross. Same thing when i have fish at a restaurant. I wouldn't order fish with the head and eyes still on. Cooking shrimp with heads on and sucking their brains out is supposedly tasty. But i've yet to try that Louisiana thing.

When you eat the fish head soup, the salmon eyes are a delicacy. But, you have to spit the lens out.
