Rinsed sweatiness off in the shower and then hopped in a nice warm bath with a GREAT book. And had my phone nearby for some music... so the camera was nearby...

PJ Party

Today at work we had a party where we all wore PJs. We were told to keep them appropriate : )

So I'm just keeping mine on for bed time... mostly...

Happy (just past) Turkey Day!

Hey everyone,

Thanksgiving weekend can be wonderful. My extended family is amazing. We have lots of fun baking traditions. And I hang out in New Jersey. Where the only person who I'd trust to pierce my nipples exists.

So, today, I got my nipples pierced. With small little barbells until healed. Which will be like 3+ months. Luckily, I like taking care of piercings : ) Three times a week I have to hang out and soak them in water and sea salt (in addition to the twice a day normal cleaning). The piercer imitated how to do this soaking and pretended to be reading a magazine while his imaginary breasts soaked in little cups of salt water : )

An interesting day, at the very least. As a bonus, the piercer was willing to take a look at my tongue and see if my old tongue piercing hole still existed. It did. So he stretched it a bit and now I also have a tongue ring (again) but don't even have to do much to take care of that one : )

So. Here are a few really bad photos taken soon after piercing in the bathroom of my cousin's house. More to come, some other day!

Healing Update 2 days out

Piercings are healing well! (so far)

Hardly even remember they are there (except when I notice them poking through my clothing or when I walk by a mirror topless and giggle). No signs of infection and just a bit of stinging during cleaning.

This is going to be fun ; )

Here's a documentation of how cute they're looking.

Have to say, though, never been so aware of now tiny my actual nipples are! (especially in relation to the areola...) Funny thing to pay attention to : )
