Some of the history of the song. Those of us in that area of the world may remember. (I was very small when the first one came out. I just managed to stumble on them on YouTube tonight.)

I think part of the reason the first one disturbs me so much is Falco makes a very convincing psycho. I know, I know, he's playing a role. But still, the first video creeps me out more than the nastiest episode of Law & Order: SVU. Elliot's character gives me the heebie-jeebies, because I get the feeling that it's only a weird twist of fate that made him one of the good guys.
