Geoff ... I have RSVP'd to the rsvp4arm@bellsouth.net but have not had a reply in days. I don't want to send a duplicate yet I am concerned it has not been received. Do you know if it's normal to receive a confirmation or not?

I haven't gotten any response to the e-mail I sent to the address EG posted. I hope that doesn't mean I can't come.

I sent an RSVP and have written to both organizers (because I want a few minutes for janey's collaring) and I haven't recieved anything yet either.

You may not get anything back at all. I do know that they have a list at the front of RSVP's though, and they check off folks as they come in.

Have no fear Fury. First of all, club rules say NO PHOTOGRAPHY. Privacy and discretion are of utmost importance. If we can't feel secure in our little kink with others of our kind, then it will be a lonely life in the closet. *sigh*

Secondly, I don't think any stories should be told to anyone not there without the consent of ALL involved, and even then, IMHO, I think all names should be changed to persons "A, B or C ..."

I don't think you're being a bitch, Sweetie. I think you're being practical and protecting yourself. I agree with you whole heartedly.

The only time photography is allowed at 1763 is with prior arrangements, and consent of those being photographed.

For instance, I will have some photos of me and janey taken during the collaring ceremony , but that should be it. We will be in a room off of the main dungeon, and no one else should be in the photos. At least not faces! *chuckles* Might be some legs in the background in some pics of janey while she's kneeling but that would be it.

Things are settling in for the travel plans...

Looks like we will hit the road from Columbia around 12:30pm - 1:00pm Saturday and arrive in Atlanta 4:00pm-ish. I'll be travelling with janey and danielle and possibly another, and we may have a caravan...

I'm thinking cheap - so Motel 6 is a strong probability unless we find a great coupon at the welcome center. Although I like the name, my experiences with Masters Inns have been less than stellar and I do have _some_ standards. *LOL*

So we have me, and Raven & Sprinkles, and Fury & hubby, and BiBunny, and ADR & Des(?)... How about it Yang4, HouseToy and Gutterslut? Will y'all be coming out? Anyone else? Huh? Huh?

This may sound so super newbieish, and I apologize if it sounds like I don't know what the hell I'm talking about, but I am actually very interested in all of this and possibly going to something like this sometime, even though I don't have hardly any experience with any of it. I'm new to it but am very open and very willing to try a lot of things.

My only concern is... I'm single... and I know sometimes these things encourage attendance as a couple/with a date and that'd be an issue for me. Is that a problem? Are there plenty of singles there or people without a s/o?

I probably can't make this one but I'd love to participate in something like this or even another lit meetup some other time... I'm always looking to meet new awesome people.

This is a Litogether but it's also a munch. At either or both there should be singles IMO. At my local munches there are more singles than couples.
