Spam PMs - How to report user/flag for spam?

So occasionally I get a spam pm. I can usually tell when it's an account that recently joined, has 0 posts, and the message doesn't make sense and lists a URL. Obviously not going to click on the URL, but is there any way I can report these? I don't see a report message option. There was another thread about this but it didn't seem to get fully answered/was a little bit older.

I had so many problems with these spam messages that I finally turned PMs off.

One step before just turning them off- put those you like messaging with in your buddy list, then:

User CP
Edit Options
Receive Private Messages only from Buddies and Moderators
