For those who do not know, The Charlotte North Carolina area is the center of the NASCAR racing world. 80% of all the race shops are located within a 60 mile radius of Charlotte . For anyone interested we will be taking a field trip to The Lowe's Motor Speedway for a visit to the track and depending on the tracks activities that day possibly a chance to see some practice for the upcoming race. We will also be visiting Hendrick Motorsports race shop and museum www.hendrickmotorsports.com . This trip will include a chance to see where The race cars of Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, Brian Vickers, and Kyle Busch are built as well as a museum of past accomplishments for this dynamic organization. Gift shops are located at each place and there should not be any cost involved unless you decide to purchase a souvenir. Travel from the hotel is approx 20 minutes and the entire trip should only take about an hour and a half. Carpooling is advised if your coming from another area and do not have transportation but would like to take this trip please let us know and we'll do our best to figure out carpooling so everyone interested can go. The trip will leave the hotel at aprox 1:00pm Friday afternoon and return in time for those who want to attend the photo workshop at 3:30pm.

Hi all I hope your getting as excited as I am about our up coming adventure. The Litogether team has worked very hard to make this one a weekend to remember. I hope each of you take the time to personally thank those who are giving their time to make this a success. I've sent out several items to each of you over the past few months and I've gotten responses from some and not from others. I'm going to be listing a few things here I need to remind you of and some of them if you have not sent me a reply to already please take the few minutes now to answer them so that the team's jobs will be a bit easier.

Thank you {{{{tonie}}}}}} for doing such a great job.....and letting us know what is needed to be done, on our part.......I have enjoyed working with you and everyone else on this one......and so excited that it is almost here.

Your nametag you only have a few more days to PM me with any special requests as to what goes on your name tag. These nametags are being used as a security precaution and you will not be allowed into the events without yours. You don't have to wear it but you will have to have it with you.

Plus.....with everyone coming......will be nice to know who is who......NAMES-------NAMETAGS.......remember everyone.
