Someone told me a secret to that a couple of weeks ago. If the person keeps one hand flat somewhere on you - pick a spot, any spot - while they work on you, you won't get ticklish.

I've yet to test that theory, though lol

It has to do with the pressure used if it is to light it will most likely tickle.. but if it's more firm.. then most people are okay with it.. it's very relaxing..
