Between here and the carolina thread there's a lot of posting but you'll find yourself getting to know people pretty quickly.

Medieval reenactments eh? SCA or other? I did a lot of work with rapiers and various kinds of longswords in college for theater productions and personally love archery. Never joined SCA or another reenactment group though.

yea play with the SCA ever now and again and a couple of pirate groups at some of the cons.....
