This is a dead horse by now, but:

The description does not specify what kind of story.

Preferably not a kid-touching one, as that's disallowed by the rules.

Is it a story you'd like to see to role play,

Role play = role play forum.

or a story you'd like to see to read?

Semantics = boring. Deliberate obtuseness = deathly boring.

If you are so disturbed about this, ask Laurel to make an SRP ideas and an ORP ideas forum, otherwise SRP ideas will go in this thread.

You're in the wrong forum for it and not hitting your target audience of RPers. If you want to be the only one in this thread, though, go right ahead.

Furthermore, nice, sly job trying to ask mods to delete all the posts where people told you you were wrong.

I know what OOC is, and it is specificly meant for casting, bios, and general history.

Then why does it say out of character, and not "casting, bios, and general history"?

And there's my one reply in this thread, though I doubt it will do good.
