If a guy says you're beautiful...unless he's plastered believe him. You have amazing eyes. And the glasses are great too. Your body is spectacular.

What you should do is every morning just look yourself in the mirror, and instead of finding imperfections, look for the things you LIKE about yourself. Eventually you'll only see the things that you like, and the things you don't won't matter. Because they DON'T matter.
