Star Trek : Species Zero

Lt. Sienna Tallwood

Completely spent for the moment, I lingered in his arms. I breathed in deeply of his scent, gently stroked his face and kissed him. Reluctantly, I said, "We really should get back to the others. Even if they didn't hear you, I'm afraid they they did hear me." Forcing myself away from him, I redressed in my ridiculous armor and waited for him to do likewise.

We were just about to start back down the hall when my com badge went off. Steve and Sperk were waiting for us. Blushing a bit at the thought of having been overheard, I quickly regained my composure. "C'mon, they're waiting for us," I said, but before I left I kissed Escagual again, "thank you, that was fantastic."

Escagual

I put on my clothing then my armor, and we walked out of the ally after she kissed me, i hoped this would progress farther than just this. We walked out and meet back up with the rest of them.

I gave my teammates our location,Sperk and I hiding in the shadows until they got there."Have fun?"I ask when they arrived, with a smile on my face."The throne room should be at the end of this corridor,"I start, pointing to my right"we need to check on the Captain and see their progress." Motioning them to sit down and relax,I call for the Captain on our comm amulet system.

Grateful for the shadows that hid the deep blush I felt covering my cheeks, I whispered, "As a matter of fact, it was quite a morale building experience." I sat down between Escagual and Sperk. I asked Sperk if he by any chance had a whetstone in that bag of his, thankfully he did. I needed to do something to get my mind back on the mission and off of Escagual's kisses. The hiss of my blade against the stone only served to remind me his his ragged breath against my neck.

I could sense that Kyle and Johnathan were once again nearing their climax and I prepared to once again receive their offerings.
I could finally feel mine begin to build. It started in the pit of my stomach but grew to tidal proportions. Every fiber in my being screamed like it was on fire. Every muscle spasmed and shook until I thought the three of us would fall off the bed.

Some time later, I don't know how long, I began to feel my lust-sodden brain come back to normal. As the pheromones began to subside, we started dressing again, ready to complete our mission.

We pulled back on our garments in silence for a few moments, Alia's pheremones finally fading from our senses.

I broke the silence.

"Alia... Kyle... this stays between us. It was necessary for the good of the mission... but I think it doesn't need to be recorded in the ships log..."

I caught Alia's faint glare, and laughed, adding "though I certainly will be putting it in my personnal log - with your permission, of course, Doctor - that was awesome!"

"I enjoyed it" she said, with a wink, "I may be making the crew physical's earlier this month, mind"

I nodded, and Kyle laughed. "You're the chief medical officer onboard the Cerebus, you outrank me in such matters" I said, with a grin, "now, lets see if we can finish this little game of Q's... there was a specific goal he had in mind for us... though I think we've already entertained him and the other members of the Q continuum... "

Damn I was getting antsy for some action. If my sword got any sharper, the air would start bleeding. I handed the whetstone back to Sperk and asked Steve if he had heard anything from the Captian.

We wound our way carefully through the dark corridors, lit by the odd sputtering torch, avoiding the patrols that seemed to be becoming more common.

Finally, we came to the outskirts of a large chamber, where we saw a great pair of black and green stone marble doors. Stood before it were ten black-armoured warriors, standing motionless, with pale skin, and distant looks in their eyes.

"Reminiscent of the borg aren't they?" I murmured to Kyle and Alia, as we observed them from the shadows of the arch. Then Alia tapped me on the shoulder and nooded towards an archway opposite. I looked across and saw the rest of the Cerebus team, also in the cover of shadows. Good, looked like we were coming up on the showdown here.

I gave some handsignals across to Steve and the others, indicating that they should attack first, then we would take the rear and flank, hopefully taking these zombie-like guards by surprise.

"No,I haven't," I tell Sienna"I guess we can proceed to the throne room,"staring into her eyes.I gather my things, and walk towards the end of the hallway.

I grab my sword from its sheath, i grab the giant shield that was given to me when i changed, and i followed the rest twords the thrown room.

OOC: sorry for the shortness, but not alot going on right now...anyways i want to leave the door open.

Lt. Sienna Tallwood

"Steve, I have an idea," I hissed. Not waiting for a reply, I took the key I had found and threw at the door above the heads of the guards. In unison, they turned to trace the source of the sound; their backs were turned completely towards us. "Now would be a very good time to take these goons out, don't you think?" I chuckled.

Charging ahead,I take one guard out by snapping his neck his lifeless body making a sickening thud on the floor. The second, hearing the commotion, moves towards me,butI am able to dodge, but not before his sword grazes my knee.Turning around,I backhand him with my shield and slash him with my axe, with gets stuck in his chest.

Now that my pheromones are completely under control again, I start tearing strips of a sheet I'd appropriated into bandages. I could never wield a sword, phasers were more up my alley, but after watching the First Officer take a hit to his knee, I knew my skills would be needed.

I charged in right behind Steve. I had taken a dagger from one of the sentries in the earlier attack. Aiming at the guard nearest to me, I threw the blade. It struck its mark and sat quivering in the pale skin of the guard's throat. Something blue flashed next to me, I turned to see Sperk had taken one out with his staff.

I was about to throw my bolo when I noticed Steve's ax was stuck in the guard he had just slain. Another was coming up behind him, weapon raised. Without thinking, I pulled my sword and swung, nearly severing the guard's head from his body. Fighting the bile that rose in my throat, I looked through the confusion, trying to find Escagual.

Raring for action (of a different kind ;)) I lowered my helmet and entered the fray. Approaching one of the black-armoured warriors from behind, I shoulder charged him, sending him crashing to the floor.

Another warrior turned to face me, drawing a long sword as I recovered from the impact of my collision. After a couple of experimental thrusts, I caught the blade of his sword between the prongs of my trident, twisting and trapping his weapon. Lashing out with my sandalled foot, I kicked the sword from his grasp, sending it spinning through the air. Adjusting my grip on the trident I smashed the butt into the helmet-clad face of my assailant, sending him staggering back against the hard stone wall. As he was momentarily stunned I switched the trident around in my hands and impaled all three sharp prongs deep in his chest. The warrior fell limp against the wall, and with a foot on his stomach, I pulled the trident free, allowing him to slump to the floor.

I turned around just in time to see the warrior I had knocked over swinging his blade at me in a wide arc. My reflexes kicked in at the last moment, and I stepped back, narrowly avoiding being cut in half by the powerful blow. As it was, the blade slashed a shallow cut across the whole width of my bare chest. I cried out in pain and backed off a little further, wincing as I raised my trident in a defensive posture, watching the dark warrior close in...

Quickly i ran in to join the battle, i looked over seeing the one on the ground slice into kyle, i pulled out the dagger i had taken and threw it at him, slicing strait into his head, i turn around seeing a sentury run at me with an axe, i bring up my shield to block him, and then swing upwords cutting off one of his arms, i then swing around, killing another who was trying to sneek up on me by beheading, and cut the other's head off as well. I look around and i see steve with his axe stuck i run over and hit the corpse back with my sheild deloging his axe and turn around ready for anyother senturys that come at me.

The last sentry left standing started to run, apparently to get reinforcements. Grabbing the bolo at my hip, I threw it, tripping the fleeing man, I placed the tip if my sword at his throat and turned to the Captain. "Do you want to question him or shall I finish him off?"

Capt J Wilkinson

We made short work of the guards between us... our training and holodeck teamwork exercises obviously paying their dues.

At Sienna's question, I looked at the guard, and saw the distant look in his eyes.

"I don't think he'll tell us anything" I said, "the answers to this game of Q's now likely lie beyond this door... finish him, Sienna."

Although nomially Starfleet officers, we were not constrained by the usual moralaties and Directives that those outside of Section 31 were forced to deal with on an often daily basis. Our missions were 'black ops', and thus such things would get in the way of our required duty.

Sienna nodded, and thrust her blade into the guard, who collapsed without a cry of pain, onto the floor with the rest.

As the Captain went over to Lt. Tallwood's prisoner, I started tending our wounded. At my request, Sperk was searching his bag for a hypospray and a dermal regenerator. Unfortunately, he was having more luck comming up with strange torture devices and small kitchen appliances. Steve's wounded knee had begun to clot, so I cleaned it off hoping to stave off infection then a length of sheeting to bandage it with.
Kyle's wound was a little more serious. Hearing a small bleat, I turned to see Sperk pulling a small goat out of his bag. "Keep trying," I said, shaking my head. I used a clean piece of cloth to clean the cut across Kyle's chest as best I could. It looked clean and was not terribly deep. Some dermaplast would seal it up quickly and I asked Sperk to try for some of that as well. I wrapped his chest with several lengths of sheeting, tying it off in the back. I knew the helmsman had a tendency to self-diagnose and self-treat. He usually had to be ordered into sickbay. I smiled as I wondered if he would be having any more such qualms in the future.

I gave everyone else a quick once-over. I made a mental note to watch Lt. Tallwood for signs of concussion, but otherwise, we were all fit for duty.

Kyle

I sat silently as Alia bandaged my wound, feeling a little awkward around her after our earlier "activities". She didn't seem phased at all though; I guess Deltans are just a lot less uptight about that sort of thing.

Never having been the most patient of patients, I figited uncomfortably as her soft hands brushed against by bare skin, sending a spark through my body as slightly blurred memories of her more intimate touch flashed though my mind.

Finally she was done, and grabbing my trident and helmet I rejoined the others.
