Star Wars: Galaxy in Crisis

"Who the heck are you?"

Ro'ak was taken by surprise by the sudden inturruption from his thaughts. Looks like someone else wanted this clunker and, now that the sounds of battle outside were starting to drift through the ship, he guessed it was someone that the clones didn't like. Perhaps this could be used to his advantage? He swung round slowly in the chair and looked up at the human infront of him

Jedi. Fantastic. Time for some fast talking.

"Ah, master Jedi. Apologies for being unexpected, but I was just running through this ship's systems, making sure everything works. I was told that it's up for sale, and wanted to check over the merchendice first"

Ro'ak stood up and stepped to one side

"However, I am not opposed to the Jedi recinding the offer, if it is no longer on the market"

The sounds of battle were getting louder, and that generally ment closer. Ro'ak quickly glanced back down the access corridor.

"I have primed all the systems, but the launch mechanism eludes me. And, by the commotion outside, I would think that now would be a good time for someone like yourself to take the controlls. Before we all get shot by triggerhappy clones, that is..."

Shiriiak was deflection bolts as quickly as he could when he sensed the presence of a Gundark in Nerf's clothing. One of these troopers was an imposter, and The Force, had given him a glimpse of what was to come. It was thus that he was not surprised when a trooper fired on his own squad and then darted past the Jedi and started trying to drag the wounded sniper on board.

"Anakin!! GET THIS MOVING!!" Shiriiak bellowed as he deflected several more shots.

The Wookie realized the futility of facing an army. But there was little other option.

Shiriiak focused his thoughts. In his travels he had seen much. In his study he had learned much. Some of these things were styles of combat. From Wrrushii to Teras Kasi, to Echani. Some were more... Force related.

Many many years prior he had spent a good deal of time on Kel Dor. While there he met a Kel Dor with great ability to wield the Force. This Kel Dor was a leader of his people, and during an uprising, he had employed a Force technique that Shiriiak had never seen among the Jedi. it had turned the tide of battle, and saved a lot of lives. Shiriiak begged to be taught. And eventually he was.

Shiriiak now closed his eyes. He gave himself to the Force. He summoned all he had and he called on the might of the Force for aid.

It started as a small earthquake. The whole hangar shaking gently. Then things began to lift into the air. People, crates, weapons. Then they began to spin and whirl. It was as if a tornado was sweeping into the hangar and tearing all those that would oppose the will of The Jedi to shreds. Soon there was screaming... however Shiriiak could not hear it over the din of the dervish he had called into being. As the hangar is torn asunder and the troopers devastated Shiriiak turns off his lightsaber and calmly walks aboard the ship.

"I think we need to leave now. I am very tired." With that the Jedi Master drops to his knees on the dock of the ship.

"Master!" Chen darts to Shiriiak's side. Worry etched upon his face. And then terror as he saw the world beyond the loading gate. "By Bacca... what have you done. "

The limp bodies of clones whirled through the air, accomanied by all manner of debris. As Chen looked around and counted those that needed to be there he closed the door. He moved quickly to the cabin area. "Jedi, I believe now is the time to go. Quickly. Please."

Anakin could sense that he was lying, but judging from the scream from Shi, and now the urgent request from Chen, time was of then essence. He moved a small panel that was hidden next to the side of the captain's chair and input a 4 digit sequence. He then sat down as he heard the engines coming to life. He flicked the intercom on. "Everybody hang on we're taking off."

His focus then returned to the Envoy's controls and he blasted the ship out of the hanger. There was no time to relax however, there was a fleet of ships in orbit that probably had been given order to shoot down any Jedi ship that even tried to leave the planet. Anakin found himself wishing he was rescuing Obi-wan from a nest of gundarks.

Andio dragged the heavy trooper into the small medical bay, hearing the heavy footfalls of his armored boots and the scrape of the trooper's armored heels on the deckplates as the door closed behind them. He quickly moved the body to the patient's bed and withdrew, reaching over to activate the medical computer. It activated with a small hum and a holograph of a medical droid appeared in the corner, speaking a strange language that Andio didn't exactly understand. He rolled his eyes and heaved the armor laden trooper up onto the biobed, swearing under his breath. Andio reached over to the keypad, his fingers moving on instinct as he reset the hologram to speak in galactic standard. "Do you wish to activate the automatic scanners?" The droid asked in the light voice. Andio nodded then responded quickly "Yes, activate medical scanner."

Andio quickly looked down as the scanner activated and began it's run over the trooper's body. He located the locking clamps that held the armor together and rapidly undid them, slowly attempting to peal any unaffected slots of armor off the wounded trooper. The medical computer sounded and the hologram began to sound out their primary diagnosis.

"This subject is a replicant clone of the Human species. Sub group Concord Dawn. The armour must be removed for a more complete analysis, there is an inhibitor field in effect." The computer informed anyone that cared to listen.

Andio shook his head and continued. His experience in removing Clone trooper armor was about as great as his experience with putting it on. At least he knew where most of the clasps and catches were. Stifled with his limited view, he quickly removed his hands from the wounded trooper and removed his own helmet, returning his hands to remove the leg plating and boots of the trooper under him. as soon as he removed the armor, he expected to find the smooth skin of a clone trooper. Instead he found a black body suit hugging the skin tightly. "

"Computer, is this body suit the source of the inhibitor field?" he asked as he continued to move up the body, removing the lower extremities of the body armor as quickly as he could to try to get the wounded trooper the medical help that he needed.

"Scanning... Yes. Analysis indicates the inhibitor is woven into the material of the black fabric."

Andio cringed at the thought of looking at a nude trooper, but at the moment he knew that he was the only one who could save the man's life. He quickly removed the armor near the crotch and, despite his best efforts, noticed that there was something certainly lacking in that department. Andio chuckled to himself, "No wonder they are always shooting stuff, have to compensate some way." He whispered as he continued to remove armor up the body, tossing away the heavy white pieces of battle gear into a growing pile in the corner. He finally made his way to the heavy chest plate and with a few movements of his fingers, unlatched the plate from the rest of the back armor. He moved the plate away and tossed it aside with some effort, only to get a shock to his system when he looked back....

Instead of a smooth chest under the form fitting black fiber surrounding the body there was what appeared to be two mounds sticking from the wounded trooper's chest. Andio shook his head, thinking he had hit it at some point and he was hallucinating, but when he refocused the mounds were still there. "Computer, analyze the blood data again. Is this clone Male or female?" He asked futilely, knowing what the answer would be as he reached for the neck plate and finally the helmet of the trooper.

"The gender of this clone, based on the chromosomal composition is female. Please continue removal of the armour. White blood cell count has increased three hundred percent since last blood analysis."

Andio quickly and gingerly removed the helmet of the unconscious trooper to reveal a striking beautiful woman, her short raven hair spilling onto the biobed as he tossed the helmet to the side. He ignored her plump lips and her shapely features and removed her bracers and her back plating. He ran his fingers up her form fitting black suit and searched for a notch or something to removed it, unfamiliar with this part of the armor since he didn't take the time to remove the dead trooper's black body suit from the last time he dealt with the armor.

He quickly found a separation of the top and bottom portions of the body glove and slowly pulled at the fabric, feeling it give way under his touch. With a deliberate motion, he slid the fabric away from the trooper's form, revealing her tight slightly tanned skin to the air of the medical bay. He continued to remove the body suit, putting aside the sight of the beautiful woman under him as he removed the suit from her chest, watching as her pert breasts spilled out and sprang forth into the air. He continued until the entire body suit was off of the top of her body, pulling until it was off of her feet and she lay nude in the medical bay. "Computer, resume scan." He said as he tossed the body suit in the corner with the rest of the armor.

A green beam of light flicked out and scan the unconscious clone Trooper from head to toe, repeating the sweep several times before a soft tone sounded. " This patient has a mild subdermal hematoma, possibly resulting in a concussion. Right shoulder has a mild fracture. Left knee has a partial separated patella. Left lung has a cauterization burn, most probable cause from a blaster. Circumference and depth of wound is indicative of a DC-17 Blaster Rifle. Right quadrant ribs 4 and 5 are fractured. Non-lethal. Left Ulna is cracked." Continuing on the medical unit began to list countless minor bruises and scrapes.

Andio cracked his neck and looked over the body as the diagnosis continued rattling on nonsensical crap. he had dealt with blaster wounds and cauterization wounds before, that was the easy part. The subdermal hematoma was a problem though. Concussion and cracked ribs. All he could think was. "Computer, activate surgical gear and raise the sterilization field around this biobed. Give me a printout of available treatments for said conditions." He said as he reached inside of his armor and pulled out his small medbag.

The computer responded voicelessly, displaying the information even as rather wicked looking surgical tools popped out of the wall behind the young woman... Trooper, Andio reminded himself. She was a trained trooper, a professional killer. He had to remember that. Andio looked through his bag and pulled out a series of Bacta injectors, each with the underworld equivalent of Bacta medication for the wounds he knew how to treat. He looked up and saw the recommended course of treatment for the subdermal hematoma and cringed, Drilling a hole in the skull wasn't something he was well versed at and he wasn't looking forward to that part as the sterilization field rose around him.

"Computer, activate drill and mark optimal location for insertion." He said as he grabbed the drill, and saw a small red laser mark on the back skull of the trooper. He looked down at her and focused on that mark, taking a breath before slowly inserting the drill. The revolving tip of the metallic objects smoothly penetrated the woman's skin and slowly drilled down into the bone, filling the room with a nauseating sound that almost turned Andio's stomach as the metal bit through the hard protection. The computer monitored the depth and suddenly the pressure against the drill lessened and it moved freely. The audio warning from the computer wasn't necessary as Andio had an instant before hand removed the pressure and was pulling the drill from the skull, watching carefully as the blood seeped from the now open wound. He pressed a Bacta injector to the hole and injected the healing fluid directly into the open wound before leaning back and looking at the computer screen again "evaluate patient condition." he muttered sharply.

"Cranial pressure is decreasing." the computer replied. Arms slide from the sides and placed an oxygen mask over the troopers face, altering the chemical flow to prevent awakening before the medical procedures were complete.

Andio sighed as he stood and leaned over the cauterization wound in the trooper. He quickly used the surgical scrubber to remove any traces of fused plastisteel armor and administered a second Bacta treatment to the cauterized area, reaching over to the waiting supplies and pulling out a sterile pad to cover the wound. Pulling the treatment scanner down to the lung area and taking a quick scan, he looking on as the Bacta rushed to the affected area and began it's healing process.

He continued working his way through the wounds, from severe to mild, applying the appropriate treatment of Bacta and cleaning to each wound he was able to. He quickly fitted a Bacta filtration system to the trooper's shoulder and knee to pump the healing fluid inside of the affected areas and heal the bones as adequately as possible. Andio remarked to himself that it would be better to have a full Bacta tank, but in this case he had no choice. Finally he reached for her free arm and slowly inserted a needle through the skin. He watched as a drip of her blood fell from the open end of the catheter before attaching it to the blood filtration system and activated it. He watched as the blood slowly filled the system and gained a tinge of blue, indicating it's saturation with Bacta. This would keep her from infection and send the healing liquid to the parts of her body he couldn't reach with his high strength Bacta treatments. All in all it took him forty five minutes, all throughout which he had to battle to keep his balance at the shuddering of the ship, under fire from what he could only imagine was some pretty pissed off republic troops.

It was as he had expected. The skies above Coruscant were filled with Venator Class destroyers, as a result of the Seperatist attack on the planet not long ago. Their job was supposed to be to keep another attack like that from happening again. But now there job was to stop Anakin and those on board the Stellar Envoy from getting away. Anakin used the small size and manuverability of the Envoy to move around the debris that still existed to keep out of the site of the large cruisers. However that would only help so much against the fighters that had been launched to intercept them.

"We need some people to get into the turrets now, we've got inconing fighters." he called out. He didn't know for sure who it was that was coming after him, but he was sure they were part of the 501st. Those were his troops, at least until recently. They were the best there was, he should know he had fought with them for the last three years.

Chen heard the order from Anakin and was moving. He wanted to stop and pick Shi up. He wanted to bring him to the med bay. But there was not time. Chen moved to the turret and strapped in.

There were starfighters scrambling. Chen took aim at the approaching fighter and opened fire. Their shields were strong and Chen was not exactly an ace gunner. But his shots rang true. The first two fighters exploded as he rained down fire.

He looked around them. There were too many fighters. The odds were overwhelming. Chen changed tactics. Rather than firing directly at the pursuing ships he started firing at the debri fields. As the debris was shattered it became a field of shrapnel. Chen saw a large hunk of a shattered ship and he aimed for it as three fighters passed. His shot shattered the Ion Drive. A Ion Pulse resulted, shorting the three fighter's computer systems and shields as they flew through the affected area. The ships lost control and as one crashed into another the third was engulfed in the resulting ball of flame.

Chen let out a victorious howl. Then he saw they weren't nearly out of the fire yet. Several more fighter's were closing quickly.

Ro'ak dashed out of the cockpit and toward the turret tunnel. He cursed his luck on the way. Why did he have to take this ship? And why did it just have to belong to a Jedi? It was probably one of his gods playing a trick on him for not visiting his home in so long...

Grabbing hold of the ladder, Ro'ak heard a howl from above. Probably a Wookie, or some other hairy animalistic race in the upper gun deck. Ro'ak slid down to the bottom turret and dived into the seat, bringing the turret online. A pair of green grids sprang into view, with a number of small green triangles darting across. Standard 3-D sensor mapping. Hitting a switch, he put the cannon into single-fire mode. He'd shot down fighters before, and quad-link shots were often wasted. Hauling on the controlls, he swung the turret around and pressed the firing stud, letting off a strem of bolts at a flanking squad of ARC fighters. The lead one accellerated, but the second exploded in a fireball, and the third banked wildly to avoid the new debris. A couple more shots knocked out the ARC's engines, letting it drift away, facing the wrong way.

A cursory glance at the scope indicated another few fighters remained, and Ro'ak spun the turret again so he could rattle off more blasts against the next wave to pass by

The Envoy was getting rocked from seemingly all sides as Anakin used everything he knew and had to avoid being destroyed by the superior numbers arrayed against them. He heard sounds from behind him and took the moment to glance back and saw that it was 3PO and Artoo. They pretty much stay out of the way, but were obviously curious as to what was going to happen. Anakin had to admit he was curious himself.

As the battle intensified he heard 3PO rattling off odds of their survival, which were growing slimmer and slimmer by the second. Why did he have to make the protocol droid so talkative he wondered. But before he could tell him to shutup he saw it. Through the force, he saw their best chance of escaping this mess alive. He could hear 3PO in the back ground, but it was faint as if he were meters away from him. A crooked smile formed on Ani's face as he manuvered the Envoy right at one of the Venators.

He momentarily got off the seat and began to transfer all the shield power to the forward shields. It would leave them vulnerable to the fighter's attacks, but give them more protection against that cruiser. While he was up he began began to punch up the nav computer to calculate coordinates for the farthest reaches of the outter rim. They needed to get as far away from Palpatine as they could. They'd regroup, he'd find his wife and child, and then he'd come back. This he swore as he sat back in the pilot's chair just in time to barely move the ship so it didn't hit the destroyer's bridge. "Hang on everyone we're jumping to lightspeed.....NOW!" he called out and through the levers.

Within moments he saw the stars ahead of him lengthen like streaks and then the ship was gone. Moving faster then the speed of light.

Chen was glad they had gotten into Hyperspace. At least now they should be relatively safe. Chen got out of his turret and returned to Shiriiak's side. He lifted the aged Wookie and carried him into the bridge and strapped him into a chair.

"I am worried about Master Shiriiak. He fell unconcious after holding off the soldiers. I have never seen anything like what he did back there. It was amazing."

Shiriiak slumbered. He had greatly exerted himself this day. His efforts had taken a great toll on his body. And for now he needed to sleep. To renew.

As Shiriiak slumbered he dreamed. He saw things... terrible things. Jedi being cut down. Masters, Knights, Padawans, even the Younglings. He was deeply troubled by these things. Then he saw something different. He saw his old Master. Long dead and long mourned.

"Hello Shi. Long time since last we talked my friend." His master and himself stood in a room much like Shi's office at the library.

"I bring you knowledge my friend. Something you have long sought. There are deep plots afoot. Beware. Not all things are as they appear. Follow the Force. Heed the warnings that it gives. Many shall fall and become one with the Force before this is done."

"Master. I wish you could be here. Your guidance was always impeccable. I spent far too long becoming an instrument of destruction. On many occasions I nearly fell to the Dark Side. However it was your words that guided me back. This is why I left the field. This is why I became the keeper of records. I did not wish to shame you Master."

"I could never feel shame for what it is you have done. The Forcce guides us all on our own path. The trials you have faced. The skills and abilities you have learned shall be called upon. Such is the way of the Force. The Force gives us all what we need. No more no less. Be safe my friend. Keep yourself open. Allow the Force to guide you and to pour through you. If you do this... there is nothing to regret. Remember the Code my friend."

Andio and TR-116611

Andio sat in the medical bay and watched the isolation chamber, and the form of the trooper. Most of the Bacta treatments had been removed and she was held in the sterile field since only the surface level injuries still remained. He watched the readouts, wondering how the hell he became the doctor of this little group of renegades.

With a twitch 116611 regained conscious, immediately aware of it's nearly naked condition - except for a thin sheet covering it's form, and several instruments still imbedded in it's skin. Moving slowly the clone trooper pulled the intrusive equipment from it's body and looked around.

Andio was just dozing when he heard the movement of the soft fabric and the clatter of something metallic on the floor. his eyes shot open and he jumped to his feet, standing just outside of the sterilization field and looking in. "no! Those are healing your wounds, ma’am. I wouldn't suggest taking them out..."

Glaring at the human, 116611 continued removing the offensive items. With a gesture she motioned at the sheet, saying nothing.

Andio rolled his eyes "Clones.." He muttered before he stepped forward into the sterile field and picked up her body glove, offering it to her as he attempted to keep his distance. "Do you have a name, Trooper?"

“I’m unit One-one-six-six-one-one. Tactical Recon division. Sniper Specialization. Whoa re you? Where am I? Where’s the Jedi in charge?”

Moving with slow measure actions 116611 sat up and began redressing in the black all concealing garment. Stopping she glared at Andio for a moment and poked her fingers through two holes. Both in the chest region of her garment. "What did you do to my uniform?"

"One one six six one one? Wow.. that's quite a name... Um... Well," Andio sat and watched the woman with a suspicious eye "The Jedi in charge, I believe is flying the ship at this point. As for your uniform? You took several blaster hits to the chest. You also had a nasty concussion resulting in a subdermal hematoma as well as a few cracked ribs from your gear dropping on you. Most of the internal damage was repaired though once i got you onto the ship." Andio said, his hand laying on his pistol, not exactly easy with a notion of a trooper so near him, not even one as attractive and obviously sympathetic to whatever cause he was caught up in.

"I will need a replacement at the earliest opportunity." 116611 replied, in a very no nonsense tone. "Where's the rest of my gear?" the trooper inquired, as it slowly maneuvered itself back into the black garment. "And you would be advised to remove the hand from the weapon."

"That will be a problem, miss. I don't know what you remember, but apparently you helped the Jedi. You're an enemy of the Republic now. You're kind of stuck with us.." Andio said, taking a step back and motioning towards the corner. "There's your armor. Your gear bag is in the cargo hold an your weapons are... elsewhere" He said as he simply stared at her. "And Hopefully you would understand if I don't exactly trust you at the moment."

"You speak with a damaged head." 116611 replied, moving past him she leaned over and began gathering armour pieces. Ignoring the human’s semi-hostile stance, the trooper placed the pieces on the biobed and examined the parts. Then began dressing again. Placing each part in position and locking the next one. Within minutes the trooper was re-armored. Resting it’s hand on the helmet the trooper looked over at the Human. “Are you planning on sitting like that forever?”

Andio shrugged as he looked over the medical scan taken before she had putt on that body covering. He looked at the scan of the brain trauma and looked over at the trooper. "Probably not, but there's a problem here. You have a mending concussion. The medical computer recommends that you stay in the medical bay and keep off your feet for a few days." Andio said, looking over at the trooper plainly.

"Are you in command of this vessel?"

"Nope. Not too sure who is but I know at the moment they are sort of in the middle of a battle. Apparently your brethren are attempting to kill all of us as we flee the jJedi Temple." He said as he finished his packing up "You remember that place right? Where the clones opened fire and killed all the younglings and Padawans?" He asked, looking over at her.

With the Troopers features hidden behind the helmet whether it was lying or not was difficult at best to determine. "I remember a lot of combat. But Clone Troopers would have no reason to attack and kill younglings or Padawans."

Andio laughed and turned away. "They may have had no reason, but they did nonetheless. I personally witnessed the clones murdering innocents..."

"Then they are as brain damaged as yourself." Stepping closer the trooper looked down at Andio. "My gear.. if we are under attack, then my gear is required."

Andio shrugged. "If you are so adamant, your weapons are in the cargo bay. Have fun murdering," He muttered as he pulled out a small tablet from his bag and activate it. The Image of a young girl appeared and Andio looked at it silently, trying to figure out how he could get information about her.

"Thank you," the Clone replied as it stepped past the Human and out through the doors. Once in the hall it paused for a moment orienting on the layout of the vessel before heading for the cargo bay. And reassurance.

Andio watched her leave and put back the picture, silently moving behind her and watching her movements with a suspicious eye.

Andio and TR-116611

Continuation....

Stopping at the cargo bay door the trooper's head tilted slightly for a moment. Then faced front once more when the door opened. Stepping inside the clone quickly spotted the duffel back of acquired equipment and power cells. Crouching the trooper opened the bag and began placing grenades and backup power cells at key locations on it's belt. A bandoleer was next and was stocked full of even more cells and HE rounds.

Two pistols lay side by side next to the bag and with a familiar practiced motion the trooper holstered them simultaneously. A sniper rifle was slung over the Clones back an instant later.

Looking into the bag the clone’s head cocked sideways for a moment as it examined the contents.

Andio stepped into the cargo-bay and kept watching the trooper as she retrieved her equipment. "I wasn't aware that there were female troopers. How many are there in the ranks?" he asked innocuously

Turning it's head fully the Clone looked at Andio through black smoke tinted lenses. "Please clarify the question."

"How many female troopers are currently in service in the republic army?" he asked, his eyes wondering exactly what kind of programming this trooper had

"There are no female troopers in the republic Army." The trooper replied.

Andio cocked his head sideways. "Um... Are you sure about that? Considering that you are in the republic Army and are a female?"

"I am not female. I am a Dala class Clone. Sniper specialization. Tactical Recon programming."

"That may be true, but anatomically wise you are a female. I'm sure if we compared your DNA to that of your cohorts, you would turn out to be a female"

"The biological appearance is secondary to the training." The trooper replied. Turning back to the bag it pulled out several lightsabers and lay them on the floor next to it's feet.

"Wow... aren't you just a ray of sunshine..." Andio shook his head then looked down at the sabers' “Interesting collection, where did u get them?"

Looking up at Andio the Trooper paused. Paused for a very long moment. Memories flickering through it's skull. Images flashing like lightening. A moment later, it inhaled. Slowly. As it's heart rate, which had peaked at over 150 beats per minute slowed down once more. Looking down at the lightsabers the trooper spoke once more. "I collected them from the dead. To remember them. To make sure no one forgets what happened at The Temple."

Straightening up the trooper slipped power cells into several of them, then clipped the fully charged ones to it's belt. "The Five oh First must be stopped."

Andio was visibly shocked by what he had heard. was that... emotion? "You really didn't remember did you?' he asked. as he stepped back and reached into the bag, pulling out the picture of the little girl. He held it infront of the trooper's helmet and activate it. "Did you see her when you were there?" He demanded with a determined looked on his face.

Turning the trooper looked at the image for a moment. The faced Andio. "Yes.. I saw. That individual is deceased." it replied, cold and hard once more. Cold and hard as armour, as a weapon. Civilians had the luxury of emotion. A weapon of war didn't have that luxury, that option.

Andio narrowed his eyes. "Did you kill her?" he asked quietly, fighting to keep the rage out of his voice.

"Negative. Squad Delta One-Nine engaged and terminated the subject at Thirteen Ten hours. Tactical Recon unit One-One-Six-Six-One-One failed in it's duty to preserve the subject."

Andio swallowed then turned back and looked at the picture again before putting it back into his bag. "Fucking Clones..." He whispered as he stepped into the corridor and walked away from the trooper, not exactly sure where he was going but feeling lost all the same.

Confirming it had collected all necessary gear and weapons the trooper followed Andio at a discreet pace. The human had obviously undergone emotional/mental shock/duress. Considering it's options the Clone was inclined to suggest the Human speak with a Jedi, but.. it didn't seem that that suggestion would be appreciated, at the moment anyway.

Andio made his way to one of the passenger beds and sat down, slumping his head in his hands and sighing, feeling exhaustion sweep over him as the news still festered within, threatening to tear what little control he had left apart. He knew the clone was following him but he didn’t' care at this point. He didn't care about anything now...

Ro'ak had been grumbling to himself under his breath as his cannons hd been blazing away at a swarm of fighters. Too many were getting through and rocking the ship. He was starting to wonder if he'd survive, when the ship slowed, angled down slightly, and then all the stars turned into streaks of light.

Hyperspace

Ro'ak leaned back in his seat and breathed a sigh of releif. Abve him, he could hear the other gunner leaving the other turret to go abot some other business. Unstrapping himself, Ro'ak climbed out of his seat and left the turret, making his way back to the cockpit. Apon arrival, he sat down in one of the rear chairs and let his gaze wonder out to the view of the hyperspace tunnel the ship was moving through. "Close one Jedi. Had me worried for a second. So, where're you taking us?"

Tr-116611

116611 stood in the doorway, watching the Human. Unsure what to call him. Or how to reference him. Calling him Human. was improper, but he obviously wasn't a Jedi, a Padawan, or even a youngling. he moved well, but not like a trooper or one attuned to the force.

Then everything shifted. The ship altered direction and speed in a lurch of power. Armour systems registered hyperlight drives engaginging, even as the trooper was flying off balance and across the room. Twisting in space the trooper landed on hands and knees, straddling Andio. The human.

Looking down at the individual below them the trooper frowned behind the helmet and sat up. Hands leaving the floor as it adjusted to the new inertial forces. Rocking back on it's heels the trooper looked down. "Are you damaged?" It asked.

Anakin was finishing some checks before he turned around to face the Weequay he had only just met. He realized that he still didn't know his name. "I set a course of the farthest reaches of the outter rim. Palpatine won't chase us immediately, and being out there should buy us some time." Anakin told him, or at least that's what he was hoping would happen as he stood up. After all there was nothing he could do now the ship's course was locked.
He could aford himself some time to relax.

Or so he thought. It was then that alarms began to sound. He looked at some of the readouts and silently swore to himself. "Or maybe not. Looks like we blow some systems, we've lost fuel. We'll have to set down somewhere and make some repairs."

Shiriiak continuied to dream... His Master disappeared and was replaced by images far too grotesque. Races, including his own, forced into bonds, sold like common animals. Entire genertions wiped out before a hale of blaster fire. HE saw the destruction of The Jedi. He also saw it's rebirth.

As the alarms sounded and the ship rocked, Shiriiak awoke. It took him only a moment to figure his surroundings.

"All is as the Force would have it young one. I have seen things terrible and wondrous. Monstrosity and Redemption. Be of calm spirit Anakin. Chen, I thank you my friend. It seemsyou have saved me just as I have saved you. I wonder... is that Clone Sniper aboard safely? I crave a word with... them."

With that Shiriiak unbuckles his seat and stands. Tall. Imposing. Fierce. But also gentle and kind.

Ah, I did not realize we had a Wee Quay on crew. My name is Master Shiriiak. You would be?"

Chen stood motionless. He had never seen a wookie more at home with stately chatter. He was also surprised Shiriiak was up already.

"I will go and let the Clone know you want to speak to him."

Chen wanders into the bay of the ship to see the sight of the clone and human in a compromised position...

"By Bacca, now I have seen it all. If you are not busy, um... Clone... Master Shiriiak would like a word."

Climbing to it's feet the trooper looked down at the human for a moment. The decided it probably wanted to stay there. It seemed like the overly emotional type. Turning to face the new individual the Trooper paused for a moment analysing the likelyhood that this was the Jedi in charge of the group. Not likely, as this individual was taking the Trooper to another.

"I will follow," the Trooper replied through the fully operational voice modulation unit.

Ro'ak was taken somewhat by surprise when the wookie stood up and spoke to, first, the Jedi pilot, who seemed to be called Anakin, and then to himself. In Galactic Common, no less! Good job too, because otherwise it would have been only so much roaring and growling.

Fine mess he'd gotten himself into this time. Two Jedi and, by the sounds of it, a clone onboard, too! Hopefully, it won't be as violent as the others they just escaped from, but you can't count on optomism all the time...

He nodded his head to the wooki jedi. "My name, is Ro'ak, Master Jedi. And, I am only here because Coruscant is somewhat unsafe. I was looking at purchasing this ship, but will settle for going my own way. When we reach wherever it is we are going"

Anakin nearly scouffed at the Weequay that he finally discovered was called Ro'ak. The Stellar Envoy wasn't for sale. Anakin knew the owner of the vessel, he ran a successful business, in fact he usually ran secret missions for the Senate and sometimes the Jedi. What was more likely was that this Weequay was trying to steal the ship but he couldn't get passed the lockouts. Something that didn't stop Anakin because he had once flown on the ship and happened to notice it. It was only thanks to the force that it hadn't been changed since then. But he bit his tongue, a fact that Obi-wan would have actually been proud of. Anakin smiled as he thought of his former Master. But the smile quickly turned to sarrow as he realized that he didn't know if he had survived this mess or not. He reached out with the Force to see if he could feel his pressence, but he couldn't. In fact as soon as he opened himself up, he began feeling more jedi dying all over the galaxy. The pain was too great, so he closed himself up agian.

"I.... better go to the back and remove the ship's transponder. We can't afford to have anyone following us." he said to the Large wookie. He was one of the few Jedi that made Anakin feel small.

As he prepared to left the cockpit and began to make his way down the corridor he saw.... a Clone. A Clone standing right behind the other wookie was with Master Shi. Anakin found himself reaching for his lightsaber instinctively. "Get down!" he told called out as he was about to launch into an attack. He had no way of knowing that this was the same clone that had saved his skin a few times in the hanger bay. He was reacting on pure emotion.

Shiriiak sensed Anakin's shifting mood before the young Jedi moved to make his strike. Shiriiak chose not to draw his lightsaber, but rather he intercepted Anakin.

"Master your emotions, Anakin! You must learn to be patient and let the Force reveal what it will in it's own time. I believe this Clone saved our lives. And we should show some grace and diplomacy."

In the moment that it took to intercept the attacking Jedi, Shiriiak had to forgo his use of the Force to translate his words. He hoped Anakin understood his words. It took a very long time for Shi to master this particular skill. But he found it was useful. With out it he, like all Wookies, would often come off aggressive and harsh. Through this use of the Force he could alter the perceptions of those around him. Instead of his naturally deep and guttural growls, they would hear his words in perfect Galactic Standard.

Shifting stance in an instance 116611 moved one foot back, both hands going to pistols at it's hips. It didn't draw them, yet. But it did maintain a wary stance of defense. It had no wish to kill or harm the Jedi. But it would if pushed.

Anakin looked at Shi and then back towards 116611, all the while keep his lightsaber pointed at the trooper. His heart was beating so hard he thought he could feel it in his throat. He was confused, he didn't understand why this clone had decided to help them when all the others had been trying to kill them. There were so many things he didn't understand and frankly he was tired of that. He lowered his blade and then deactivated it. "Why? Why did you help us when the others had no qualms about killing all those Jedi."

"I'm not ready to answer that question. Not yet. Perhaps when you are more calm,a nd in control of yourself I will be willing to discuss the reasoning behind my actions. But until then, you will have to be satisfied with knowing that I am on your side." Returning to a more relaxed stance TR-116611 waited. Either the Clone would be escorted to the one in charge, or it would be placed in a bri/holding cell of some sort.

Anakin Skywalker

Anakin didn't like the sound of that. He wasn't sure if he could trust this clone, but he really didn't have time to deal with this clone at the moment. He realized that he was angry, and he needed to calm himself. Master Yoda always said that anger led to the darkside. "I'm going to remove the transponder. IF not they'll be able to track us wherever we go." he said and moved to the back of the ship.

He looked around where he thought it would be, however he found nothing. Someone had already taken care of the removing of the transponder. So at least they were safe from being tracked. Anakin took this time to sit down and relax himself. He needed to think clearly, and that was something that was hard for him at the moment. He was angry over the betrayal of the Chancellor. He was worried for Padme and for Obi-Wan. He thought about opening himself up to the Force again and seeing if he could feel them, however all those deaths he had felt. He didn't think he could feel that again.

"I'll be needing a set of tools to remove the unit identifier in my Helmet. As well as the secondary transponder. If one was placed on this ship it will need to be removed. It will be in the communications array." 116611 replied as the unpset Jedi Padawan/Master stalked off.
