Star Wars

ooc; DERN! I wanted to blow up the emporers little Office with Some Photon Torpedos! Heh heh heh, there might still be time to do that yet...

Zen

We made our way through the Death Star when Kayla noted "This is almost to easy. The Emperor should have sent somebody to stop us by now. Surely he could easily pick up our energy signatures."

Nodding, I tell her "That means that he wants us to meet him in battle. Then let's not keep him waiting."

Soon, we saw a red carpet on the floor and followed it's trail. The carpet led on for awhile, till we found ourselfs infront of a large door that had a symbol on it. The door slowly opens, allowing us entrence to the throne room of The Emperor. From far off, I can see the Emperor standing infront of his throne. "So it's true," I say as we begin to remove our Stormtrooper uniforms "you are still alive after all."

Lando Calrissian

The Falcon flew through space, past the other ships, and right for the Vengeance where Hans kid and her friends were heading towards. We flew downwards to enter it's docking bay under the Destroyer. A voice from the Vengeance greats us through the com "What do you think you're doing with that ship?"

Speaking into the communicator, Han tells them "We were told to transport the Millenium Falcon to your ship. The Emperor is tired of it being held in the hangar on the Death Star."

A small group of fighters empty out of the Vengeance as the voice tells us "We were not told of this. What's your clearance?" Does everybody in this damn fleet ask for clearance?

The voice continues "If you do not give us clearance then we will be forced to open fire." Shit! Now we were going to have to think of something fast.

Turning to Han, I ask him "So now how are we supposed to get inside?" When I see that look on Hans face, I almost regret asking the question at all. That grin was the same one he had given me many times before.

"Please don't do what I think you're going to do" I tell him as I hold onto the chair just incase. Han presses a few buttons as he says "Hold on Lando. We're going in the hard way." He presses a switch as a few photon torpedos fly forword and easily blow away all of the fighters ahead of us with a few hits!

Keeping my eyes locked on the destruction infront of us, I tell Han "Don't you think that was a little overkill?" Han just shrugs as we fly forword and land in the Vengeances hangar. Once we land, Stormtroopers charge forword, firing on the Falcon. Like they were going to be able to do any damage. Han turns on the ships small fire power that blasts away all of the Troopers in the hangar. After a few minutes of this, we exit the Falcon with our blasters at hand.

Keeping myself alert, I ask Han "So what do we do now fearless leader?"

He just shrugs and tells me "I'm just making this up as I go. Now c'mon, let's find the kids before that Jarko nut does anything to them. Let's go!" Han charges forword with his blasters head on into a small approaching army of Stormtroopers. Sighing, I quickly follow him as we begin to beat some Trooper ass.

The Emperor

OOC: Oh yes, the Emperor has been keen to try it out :D

"Of course I am alive" said the Emperor, pulling back his hood, revealing his now youthful appearance to his 'guests', and standing up from his throne, as Zen and Kayla finished discarding their Stormtrooper disguises.

"Welcome to my Death star" he said, raising the Fang of Death, "I hope you will accept my... hospitality".

With that, a blade of utter darkness sprung forth from the black hilt the Emperor held. There was no accompanying hum, just an eerie silence.

Kayla looked surprised - she had not even heard of the Fang before. Zen, who had, managed to keep his shock on seeing the darksabre within his mind.

"You know what this is, don't you, Zen?" the Emperor smiled, "a recent discovery of mine... the Fang of Death. The blade can be thought of as a minature, contained black hole... absorbing the molecules it comes into contact with, rather than burning with the intense heat of common lightsabres".

The Emperor waved a hand through the inky black blade.

"I am of course attuned to it, being a Sith" he added, then spun the blade about in his grasp, so it pointed behind him. With a quick backwards thrust, he laughed as it penetrated the red armour of one of the Imperial Guardsmen stood beside the throne.

The Guardsmen clattered to the ground almost immediately, leaving a great rent through his body and armour as he fell downwards on the Fang. Within moments, the Emperor was standing in a pool of blood.

"As you can see, it doesn't seal wounds like a lightsabre, either" the Emperor said, his eyes narrowing coldly, as he began to walk forward towards Kayla and Zen, leaving bloody footprints in his wake.

Zen

The Fang of Death. The legend of that blade has thought to be just another myth thought up by those who wished for ultimate power. Because of that it was disregarded as nothing to worry about and many today had not heard of it. But Yoda thought me well about the Fang of Death. I had only hoped that what Tawain had found was what I thought it was.

Bringing my sabers to my side, I tell Kayla "Stand back and let me handle this for now. If I fail then it will be up to you to keep him from getting away."

The Emperor grined at this "I have no intention of 'getting away' my young Jedi. For you see, this is the day that your kind parish from this existence forever."

"Get out of the way Kayla!" I yell as I bring both my sabers to life and try to lash out at the emperor. He blocks easily with the Fang of Death and returns with a spin kick to my chest that sends me down. The Emperor strikes downwards at me with the Fang, but I am barely able to roll out of the way.

Getting back to my feet, I look down to see the large vertical hole from where the fang had hit. A low cackle brings my attention back to the Emperor who asks "Is that the best you can do? Pathetic."

Smirking back, I bring up my light sabers and tell him "No, this is!"

I charge forword and begin to battle him with both sabers flying in the air at him. He blocks each hit, but I can tell that he is not doing it as easily as he was before. He actualy broke a sweat from the sabers heat hovering towards his face. During the whole battle, he kept that same look of determination on his young face.

The Emperor

"A few more parries, and you're petty lightsabres will be useless" the Emperor grinned, "the Fang absorbs light... the energy cells of your weapons will drain quickly. Surrender, and I will let you live".

The Emperor sent a crackling bolt of blue electricity into Zen with his off hand, sending his opponent sprawling to the floor.

"I may even let her live... Kayla, yes? Such a pretty young thing".

Looking up at him, I can fill the anger building up inside of me again. I force it out and pull myself to my feet again. He was right about the lightsabers, their power cells were lower then they should be. Putting the one Yoda gave me as a child away to recharge, I bring the second one up to my side in a fighting stance.

I tell him in a low growl, "Leave her out of this and face me, you bastard. This is our fight."

The Emperor grins at this, "You Jedi always did entertain me with your chivalry." He brings up the Fang, as I await his next move before I strike.

ooc: No we dont. *Caaackles* RENEGADE! Do I have clearance To Blow the emporer to Kingdom Come?

Tawain

ooc: NO YOU DONT HES MINE! HES MINE! ;)
Ahem er...I mean that a duel between the Fang and the Starblade would be better for the plot, er yes.
But dont worry, Roland, there are still plenty of baddies to smash.
Ummm, I really really wonder where Indika went to. I hope she didnt give this up :(

ic:
Farlo, Tawain and Sha'ara ran along the corridors, searching for Jarko Truan....and suddenly Tawain felt it again. The incredible force of evil, vicious, repulsive...and drawing him, drawing him, like a comet draws another with its gravity...and only one will stay whole after the ompact.
"Tawain, what's wrong?"
"I....I...look, you...you go on and find...Jarko. Give him my regards and tell him I'll have whatsever left of him."
He chuckled weakly. The others just stared at him.
"Look, don't ask me, I...got to go. This is what it was all about This is what I was meant for."
"And you think we're gonna leave you now?"
"I thought you wanted to see your brother? Well, do whatever you want...but whatever happens Farlo, please believe me--I regret all the...wrong things I've said to you. I hope you'll forgive me...though I know I don't deserve it."
Tawain turned to Sha'ara...his heart warmed at the sight of her turquoise eyes, and it broke at their unfocused gaze.
"Sha'ara, I...I love you."
He could think of nothing else to say. And whatever he could have said would not have been able to express more than these words.
The evil grew stronger. So did the pull.
Tawain turned and ran, felling two Stormtroopers with his lightsabre without really thinking.
Then he entered the great chamber.
He saw Zen, just falling to the floor. He saw a woman he did not recognize. But above all, he saw the black-robed figure.
Without knowing why, Tawain was sure that it was Palpatine, even though in a younger body. And he knew that the ray of utter blackness the Emperor held was the Fang of Death.
Tawain raised his blue lightsabre in the Jedi salute.
"It ends here" he said.

ooc: Aw Dern!!!!!! Thats How i wanted it to alwase End! The Millinium Falcon Showing up outside the window, The look on the emporers face, Oh Man I've wanted to See that forever! Ah Well...have your little fight....THEN I'LL BLOW SOMTHIN UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sha'ara

At the sound of Tawain's voice saying "I love you" with all the warmth of the sun, Sha'ara closed her eyes. Her mind whispered to him "I love you too Tawain." She squeezed his hands before he took off down the corridor, drawn by the Fang of Death. Tears filled her eyes, but she understood the reason for her tears. Her love for Tawain was so pure and bright that it overwhelmed her and caused the tears. The tears felt warm yet cool, and she felt cleansed when they stopped. She opened her eyes, "I can see!" she said aloud. Her love for Tawain had cured her of her blindness. She ran after him.

Ganor looked down at the planet. The true beginning of the Jedi. This was their planet, their temple.
A pity it couldn't last.
He layed out the coordinates. The weapon was armed. The red firing button glowed with envy. A simple push and it was all over.
From behind him, there was a footstep. He grabbed for his saber.
"Took you long enough," he said.
Ronag nodded, "Traffic in this solar system is just terrible."
Ganor chuckled.
"It's about time we ended this game."
Ronag's saber made it's way around him, humming close to his body, "About time..."
Ganor bowed, "To the end."
Ronag bowed, "The end, brother."
Ganor sprinted forward, inches from the ground. Ronag rolled off of the attack, jumping to the side. His saber, danced in the air, following his path.
Ganor landed on the wall, and threw himself back at Ronag. He summersaulted, his saber standing in front of him.
Ronag ducked, feeling the saber's hiss coming too close to his head.
He jumped up, backflipping to Ganor. He didn't see it, until Ronag's foot came cleanly across his face.
Ganor shot back, landing on the floor. Ronag was on him in a heart beat. He lowered his saber down, at the last second Ganor raised his own.
"You could give up you know," Ronag glared at Ganor.
His face was illuminated from the two sabers dancing inches from it, "So could you?"
Ronag laughed, "and miss all this?"
Ganor's leg shot out, sending Ronag to the wall. His saber fell to the ground. He opened his hand, and the saber shot up.
Ganor was already hovering over the console. He pressed th button.
Ronag closed his eyes. The button didn't go down. He kept it up.
Ganor growled, and used his mind with the button.
It started going down. Sweat poured over both men's faces. It stopped halfway down. No more, no less. Perfect balance.
"The ying..." Ronag said.
"... and the yang." Ganor finished.
The both let go, looking at each other.
Ronag tackled Ganor, sneind them both sprawling to the floor.
He jumped up, but had misplaced where the ground was, and tripped. Ganor jumped on top of him, riasing his saber high.
Ronag closed his eyes...

"It ends here" was the words I heard from the doorway of the great chamber. Turning my attention from The Emperor, I see Tawain entering the room.

"Careful Tawain," I tell him as I keep my eyes locked on The Emperor "he has the Fang of Death."

"I know" was the simple responce I was given as Tawain began to move towards the Emperor.

Taking a few steps back, I stand beside Kayla as I watch on as Tawain and Palpatine prepare to battle. Something told me that this was how it was mean to end. One way or another, this was going to be the final battle between Sith and Jedi. But something just didn't seem right to me...

Lando Calrissian

We fought our way through the StormTroopers and made our way towards the sound of blasters going off. Han and I arrive on time to see Tawain running past the hall with his saber in hand. Looked like the kid had a plan. Just then, we see Sha'ara making her way a good distance behind him.

I was about to say something when Han stoped me, "This is what they need to do Lando. I learned long ago that Jedi's have to follow their own path in life to be what they are. Besides, they can take care of each other, where is Farlo?"

Following the way they came from, we soon saw Farlo looking back at us. Stopping infront of him, I ask "What are you kids doing here anyway? I thought you were going to get that blade and head back to the base." Farlo tells us the whole thing about his brother and him taking his past.

After he finishes explaining everything that has happened, I tell him "Well, Tawain and Sha'ara have their own path to follow and you have yours. They got Zen and Kayla looking after them, so where here for you."

Han jumps in, "Yeah kid, you take care of your brother and we got your back incase he trys anything." Farlo grins at us as he leads the way to where Jarko is hiding.

Sha'ara

Sha'ara caught up with Tawain, blade drawn. She heard Zen warn Tawain that the Emporer had the Fang of Death and Tawain simply answered "I know." Breathing heavily she looked at him, finally seeing him for the first time in what seemed like ages and she again thought of how much she loved him and then she knew in her heart that no matter what happened they would be together.

Tawain looked at her momentarily and took a second look when he realized she was really looking at him. The Emporer chuckled. "Finally, the last of the Skywalkers and the last of the Or'sar'ar's will die together at my hand."

Sha'ara pulled her gaze away from Tawain's face and said steadily, "I wouldn't be so sure of that pal."

OOC: Lightman... I've got your back babe!!

Zen

Smiling at seeing Tawain and Sha'ara arrive on the scene, I walk forword and tell The Emperor "It looks like your days are numbered Palpatine. Give in now, and I promise you a quick and honorable death."

The Emperor turns to me with a wicked grin as he raises his hand to point at me and says "I think it won't be that easy for you young Jedi. Your mind is mine!"

With that, a blue bolt of energy shot from his eyes into mine as he entered my mind. I screamed in pain as I fell to the floor with my head in my hands. Finaly Palpatine released me as I began to black out.

The last thing I hear before passing out, was The Emperor asking "So, who shall be first to face me?" Then there was darkness...

Tawain

ooc:
Glad to have you back Indika! WIth you at my side, nothing can stop me! :D

ic:
Tawain gazed at Sha'ara's eyes, beautiful as ever...and alive, sparkling, seeing. A large smile spread across his face, a smile that faded only slightly as he turned towards the Emperor.
"You tried to kill a Skywalker once. Love defeated you. The love of Anakim Skywalker for his son. And here you have a Skywalker and an Or'ar'sar, united by the poweful bond of love. Do you really think that you will conquer?"
Palaptine's answer was to attack.
Immediately Sha'ara and Tawain brought up their lightsabres.
On they fought, the Sith Master and the Jedi apprentices. There was an ominious whirring each time the black ray of the Fang clashed against a bright blade of energy.
Curiously, though, the Emperor seemed concetrated on blocking rather than hurting them.
Then, he gave one violent slash, which Tawain and Sha'ara parried together. There was a loud crackling...and suddenly the two lightsabres went dead.
Palpatine stepped back, laughing evilly.
"Well, where is it, your all-powerful love that should defeat me?
"Time to die Jedi..."
Slowly, gloating, the Emperor walked forwards.
Tawain stared at him, unmoving, resisting the waves of hate and fury that washed over him. Then he felt how Sha'ara grasped his hand. He could feel her love coming from her, meeting his own love, creating a vibration inside him...the vibration of the Force...
Love is a great link to the Force, for it is a thing of the Light Side...
Slowly, Tawain let go of Sha'ara's hand, but he still felt the warmth of her love inside himself. His right hand went to his pocket. He grasped the silvery hilt and transferred this warmth into it. And as he brought it out, a blade sprung forth from it, made of white light so bright it should have blinded everyone, but it not. It shone with the beauty and holyness of a thousand stars. The Starblade.
FANG OF DEATH, BEWARE! THY NEMESIS HATH COME!
The voice echoed around the room. The voice of Elirial.
The Emperor stood back in terror.

OOC: Sha'ara's tears of love for Tawain restoring her sight... *sniff*... call me an old romantic but... thats soooo beautiful.... *sniff*... Right, NOW for some kick-ass action, :D

Farlo

I, Han and Lando fought our way up towards the control deck of the Vengeance. Between my sabre and the two famed rebellion heroes blasters, we made short work of those Stormtroopers who tried to stop our progress.

We entered the command room, and I glanced around. Where was Jarko? Several officers were on duty, and looked up from their consoles or turned to face us, when the Stormtroopers standing guard beside the entrance collapsed to the ground, shot at point blank range by Han and Lando.

"Farlo" said a strangers voice. I turned, to look at an Imperial Officer. A Moff, by his uniform's insignia...

"Jarko?" I said, instinctively. He did not look like my brother, yet...

He raised a blaster, and fired. The shot caught me on the left shoulder, winging me, and I clutched the burn wound in pain. Han raised his blaster, aiming at Jarko.

"No" I said, knocking Han's blaster aim to one side with the force, so his shot struck a console to Jarko's left, and sent Jarko's own weapon spinning across the room. I straightened up, and strode towards him, my eyes burning, my lightsabre ready to strike him down...

"You can't kill your own brother" Jarko laughed.

I stopped, and lowered my lightsabre, turning it off. He was right. I let the anger flood out of me. I could not let myself be ruled by such emotions. I had fought off the jealousy I had held for Tawain and Sha'ara's love, I could fight off this.

"You're right, I can't" I said, throwing him my sabre, which he caught with a look of surprise.

"Fool" he said, raising the lightsabre and igniting it, as I turned my back on him and walked towards Han and Lando.

"I'm a Jedi now, Jarko. You gave that to me, for which I am grateful. But you hurt Sha'ara... killed Leia... and I can't forgive you for that. Ever".

I sent my mind back into his, planting in his thoughts, his memories, three years of solitude, three years of life he had stolen from me. I heard his gasp. He lived those three years in but a few moments.

"Damn- damn you, Farlo" he hissed, and I heard the hum of the sabre as he sweeped it up ready to strike at me from behind, his footsteps as he ran up behind me -

I glanced at Han, and nodded grimly.
