Starting Anew, Seeing a New World (Closed)

Damian grinned as she panted and even as she whimpered, he knew it was all his fault and she could tell that he was incredibly proud that he WAS the cause of her losing control. It didn't change that indeed he would want to punish her, but it wouldn't be horrible either, that much she knew.

" Oh I know you are... and you held on for such a long time, I will take it easier on you."

He finally slipped back, sliding from her depths as he ran his hand up and un-clipped the hook from her hair, letting her relax her head fully.

" Seems that you like the hook in your butt."

He teased as he reached down and gently began to wriggle it, beginning to pull it out, letting her have a rest completely for now up against the cool glass.

"It seems you liked it just as much." Evie said as he released her so she could relax. "And can a punishment wait until later? I'm exhausted and hungry."

Her belly rumbled at that moment, letting them know of its protest. She chuckled softly and relaxed against the glass, letting the cool surface soothe her heated body.

Damian grinned as she pointed that out, though as she asked about delaying the punishment he nodded gently to her, though as her belly grumbled Damian smiled and gently pulled the hook fully from her ass, letting her relax fully.

Finally though he gently guided her from the glass and over to the couch, sitting down he pulled her into his lap, hugging her close as he gently kissed her. Compared to before this was quite peaceful, but that was how they wanted it.

" What should we have? I don't think I want to move."

He admitted softly, though refused to let her up from his lap, holding her 'captive' there with him.

"Whatever you order from the kitchen is fine by me." Evie murmured as she cuddled up to Damian, letting out a sigh as her head found a comfortable spot on his shoulder and his strong arms wrapped around her body. "It's a good thing you put me through these workouts every day or else I think I'd be 500 lbs by now."

Damian chuckled as she was indecisive about dinner, and even as she curled up and relaxed against his shoulder, he had to admit that this was precisely what he had envisioned when he had thought of a relationship. Other subs had been that, short term subs for a scene or a small amount of time. With Evie though Damian had to admit that he couldn't envision his life without her.

" I love you Evie..."

He mused, though her comment about him giving her workouts only caused him to grin.

" You wouldn't like one of my workouts."

He teased with a playful grin, though they both knew he was just kidding. He lazily reached for the phone though to order some dinner, though left it up to his personal chef to surprise them with whatever they wanted to make.

Everly smiled as Damian told her that he loved her. He said it so sincerely and she had no doubt that he meant every single word. She didn't have to wonder if he had some motive for saying it or if he would break her heart in the end. Damian wasn't that kind of person.

"You don't know if I would like it or not until you let me do a workout with you." She said as he teased her with a grin and reached for the phone to call in an order with his personal chef.

Damian chuckled softly but nodded to her. She did have a point there, so he simply gave a gentle shrug.

" All right then, tomorrow morning bright and early we're going to start with a four mile run."

He looked completely serious about it as well, so she could see that he was going to keep her to it though since she wanted to join in he wouldn't turn her down. It had been a while since he had actually gotten to work out, being all distracted with being in love with her, so he was going to get right back into his daily routine, and if she wanted to join in that was fine with him.

He knew that dinner would be another twenty to thirty minutes so he simply relaxed and ran his hands over her, caressing and enjoying her languidly.

"Just four? Why not six?" Evie teased as Damian chuckled and told her that bright and early they would start with a run. "You know that I'll follow whatever you want to do. I'm just along for the ride at the moment."

She laughed softly as he relaxed and ran his hands over her skin. She knew it wasn't sexual and she relaxed herself, letting out a yawn as her head rested against his shoulder.

"What did you request for dinner?" She asked, making idle conversation to pass the time.

Damian smirked as she teasingly asked that, but he shrugged easily in response.

" Well that's an easy answer, it's only a four mile run because that's only the start of the warm up. If we ran six miles we would have a harder time doing the rest of the workout."

Though as she said that about being along for the ride he chuckled as he slid his hands over her pert butt and gave it an affectionate squeeze.

" Ahh but you ride along so well."

He mused, though as she rested her head he smiled to her question as well.

" I left it completely up to chef, he will give us something delicious, he always does."

He mused though he took one hand and picking up the remote he turned the television on to a music channel and simply let out a content sigh. He would have to think up a punishment for her, but not right now, right now he was enjoying his lover in his arms.

"And you ride me so well." She murmured with a small chuckle as he squeezed her bottom tightly in his strong hands.

When he turned on the music, she let her eyes close, her arm wrapping around him as she allowed him to continue holding her. She loved him deeply and he protected her against all of the things that she needed to be protected from. She was safe in his arms and there was no place that she would have rather been in that very moment.

She didn't realize that she had fallen asleep until a knock sounded at the door. Evie's head snapped from his shoulder, her brown eyes slightly confused for a moment before she remembered how she had ended up on the sofa in Damian's lap.

"I'm going to get some clothes." She murmured, kissing Damian's cheek before she slipped off his lap to grab something to get dressed in.

Damian grinned as she murmured that and even as she let her eyes closed, Damian softly dozed himself, though not fully falling asleep. Instead he simply kept a hold of her as the minutes seemed to meld into one another seamlessly.

He rather liked being her protector, to keep her safe from harm, to love her... it filled him with pride and love. As the knock came to the door though he smiled softly as she said that, though he nodded as well.

" That's a good idea, otherwise I may have to get you to open the door naked as my submissive."

He was teasing of course, and climbing from the couch he got to his feet before he retrieved his pants. Going to the door he opened it up and the waitress brought the tray in. Setting it onto the table she nodded respectfully to Damian before she headed out, leaving them to be. Lifting the lid to the tray Damian groaned.

" Chef made cheese filled Manicotti for dinner... there's a Caesar salad and looks like a cheesy sauce to drizzle as well."

He called out to where Evie had gone, knowing she'd be back soon enough. He settled down and set out two places for them before he began to serve them up, there six large manicotti shells total so plenty of food for two people.

Evie came back in a few moments later, wearing a tank top and a soft pair of cotton shorts. She was casually brushing the tangles out of her curls as Damian lifted the lid on the tray to tell her what the chef had made for them.

"Enough to feed an army, it seems." She said with a chuckle as she placed her brush aside and made her way towards the food. "So...five for me and one for you?"

She gave him a grin as she kissed his cheek, dished up part of the salad for herself and then grabbed two of the shells, sitting down with a content sigh.

Damian smiled as she came back in and though she said that he shrugged easily.

" Chef always spoils me."

He mused, though as she said that with such a grin, as she settled down he smirked.

" Not a chance, unless you want the flip side of that."

He teased right back though settled in and relaxed, digging into his food as he quietly and contentedly spent his time with her, wanting nothing more than that truthfully.

"I wouldn't want to tempt another punishment from you by stealing your food." Evie said as they sat across from one another, enjoying the food that the chef had sent up for them. "I know how grumpy you can get when things don't go your way."

Giving Damian a grin, Evie laughed softly as she took another bite of the food and settled back into her chair, content with everything that was going on in her life in that moment. It had been a long road to get there and she never imagined that this was how she would end up. She was well loved by Damian. Protected and cared for by him. She was well and truly in love.

Damian chuckled as she said that, though as she pointed that out he shrugged. The truth of the matter was that when he was younger he had felt completely powerless, and as such in the here and now he was a bit of a control freak.

That was only taken to the extreme when protecting the people he cared about, which was namely Evie. As she laughed and settled into her chair he smiled as he nodded.

" It's true... I do like my control."

He teased with a smile, though as he said that he looked to her even as he ate happily himself. He considered inwardly just what kind of punishment he might 'do' to her but he had a good idea. He knew nothing lasted forever in life, but he certainly couldn't envision his life without Evie!

"And I enjoy giving you control." Evie said with a smile as the meal continued at a casual pace.

Once she was finished, Evie excused herself to her makeshift studio to work further on her portfolio. The deadline was coming up and she was incredibly nervous on what she was going to send. She knew that she was good enough to get into the school, but she always worried about every little detail, sometimes to the point of distraction.

Sitting at the table that Damian had set up for her, she looked over each sketch, frowning at every single one. None of them were good enough, she thought as she placed them aside and moved to the next. She could have sent in the one of Damian that she had just started, but she wondered if it were too risque. She was horrible about making decisions.

Damian of course 'allowed it', since he wasn't about to discourage her not to mention that he had been the one to pull a few strings to get her that chance to begin with. He didn't want her to feel that she HAD to become an artist but it was honestly her passion and he wanted to support that.

As she worked away he left her to it for a while, though eventually he did wander into the makeshift studio to see how she was doing. Seeing her quandry, he smiled as she was so into it that she hadn't even noticed him coming in.

" You should use the one you began of me, it shows your talents and passion."

He was so blunt, but that was just his way. After all it was true and she knew it inwardly.

"It's also incredibly intimate." Evie said, glancing at Damian as he told her that she should use the one that she had started of him. "I don't want to share too much of you with people. I guess I'm a little possessive of our moments together."

She showed him a few other pieces that she had done instead, neither of them reaching the level of passion that she had found with the portrait of him.

Damian nodded when she said that, and though it was true he gave a slight shrug. To 'humor' her he did look at the other pieces that she had done, but he finally shook his head to her.

" Even if it's not the complete piece, that's your best, the passion really comes out."

She knew it as well he was sure. He looked to her though.

" I will model for you for another piece as well, if you'd like."

He wanted her to succeed, and would do anything for her to see that come to fruition.

Evie paused as he told her that the best one she had done as of him and he would model for her again if he wanted. She thought about it for a moment and nodded, turning to wrap her arms around Damian's neck to hug him tightly.

"Thank you for doing this for me." Evie murmured softly. "I love you, Damian."

Damian smirked as she murmured that, though as he held onto her his smirk softened as well.

" I only want you to succeed... to follow your heart no matter what."

He was incredibly loyal and fierce in that way... she had already seen his willingness to protect her no matter what, and he would ensure that she reached for the stars!

"Well, my heart tells me that I'm right where I need to be right now." Evie murmured as Damian held her tightly. "You're a lovely man. A fair and firm master. You're all that I could really ask for in my life at the moment."

Damian smiled when she admitted that her heart told her that she belonged there. There was nothing that he could have hoped for more than to hear that from her. He enveloped her in a hug and finally just ushered her off to bed. He even 'let slip' her final punishment, instead satisfying himself with holding her as they fell asleep together.

The next day he did take her out on the run, she seeing afterwards the kinds of workouts that he did, it was mostly muscle strengthening and cardio, a good mix of things to keep one young at heart and healthy. The renovations were going well and though he resolved not to be hands on, he only achieved this by requiring daily updates on how it was going. He was sure that the melding of her own suggestions along with his expansion and vision would see the club grow even more, and he wanted nothing more than to share that and many other things with her!

It was about two weeks later when Evie found out that she had been accepted back into art school. She was overjoyed that they had decided to give her a chance and thought that her portfolio was strong enough to give her entry. She hadn't shared with Damian just yet, but she knew that he would be over the moon as well.

She was waiting for him to finish up with a meeting, his office door closed, meaning that it was important. She was practically shaking with joy as she tried to wait patiently. The news was too good not to share!

With the final weeks of the renovations coming up Damian was holding a meeting with the heads of his staff to discuss idea's for the Grand Re-opening of Club Heat... and even though he was apprehensive about everything, he had no idea that she had been accepted. He had modeled for Evie whenever she needed of course when he wasn't busy with the preparations.

Finally though with achieving what he had wanted to get done with the meeting the door opened and she could see his main floor manager, the serving manager as well as the music co-ordinator come out. Each had met her of course over the last few weeks so they nodded and even said hello as they passed, but Damian remained in his office finalizing the details of what had been discussed. He was getting back into 'work mode' which was good, though the last few weeks had been a great reprieve, she knew he was happiest when running the club.
