Starting my Married life on the run (closed for Jonathan)

"Basically yes even though it was female agent. still...."

"Probably just a phone call, have to make sure they can still meet me at the 1st house, and let them know I have another one as well"

"She's actually become a pretty busy lady, with the clubs she's in, so don't worry about her getting lonely"
"I've talked to her a couple times, abut start to date again. She's not that old and I think still pretty"

finding I can't go to daddy with you yet, after what we talkd about last night

I blow into my hands and rub them together.. As I am rubbing them together I say "I am glad she is keeping busy" I now start to rub my hands in your shoulders and neck.

"I want to see my baby girl happy, and will do what I can to make that happen... Oh by the way I got the new monitor, a cell phone charging station and a new cell ordered for you, they will come to my house in a few days then I can bring them over here. The cell phone charging station should be there tomorrow after noon."

Moaning as you start working on my shouilders
"That feels good Jon"

"Me too, for about 6 months after Dad passed, she wouldn't even get dressed"
"Then I made her get dressed, took her out, breakfast shopping visiting with her friends"

"I did that most every day for a week, until one morning I got to her house, she was already dressed"
"And told me where she wanted to go"

"Thanks for that, you're not going to get in trouble are you????"

I smile as I hear you moan.

I smile and say "How excited do you think she is going to be that you are going to be coming up for the weekend with her? Do you think she would want to stay where she is or move closer to you?"

"I smile and say no my baby girl I will not get in trouble. Not as long as you want the gifts I get you. I got a bit of savings built up over the years so no worries. Long as we both get are work done no one will care what we do for each other."

"Well the weekend trip is a ways out, I haven't even mentioned it to her"
"I asked her that and she wants to stay there, her friends are there and she knows her way around"

"Wait are you paying for these things????? I can't let you do that Jon!!!!!!!!"

I smile and say "Why not? It is not like I really know what to do with the extra cash I was saving, so spending it on you will make me happy."

"I don't feel right about it Jon"
"I mean I like you, but it's not like we have a relationship outside of friends"

I smile and ask "Do you want me to feel good?"

"Of course I do, I just don't want to take advantage of your kind nature"

"Ok, have to go meet my clients, uhmmm I think best if you go home, I'll text you when I'm back"

"I smile and say you do not have to fear taking advantage of my kind nature, as I am doing this as I want to. No one other then you has ever wanted to hang out and let me get close to them. So this means allot to me. I mean it when I say I want you to feel good. Be it with me rubbing your neck and shoulders or to make you feel good ok? Not just physically good, but emotionally good like when you get to talk to your mom. Maybe we can take some trips to other places together over time."

"Ok I will head home, text me when you want me to come back over. Odds are I will be just laying on my couch reading, waitting till late night for me to really work."

About 3 hours later, I send you a text
"Ok done with the houses, heading home"
"I think went well"
"Door will be open"

I pull into the driveway, leaving the door unlocked again
go into my bedroom and strip off the dress

slipping into leggings and a tank top

When I got the text that you are heading home I shoot back a text "Thinking about grabbing a sub, would you like one or something from a difrent place? Can not wait to hear about the showing!"

"I am glad you think it went well. I hope so as you rock!"

I park at home but few minutes later I am at your house. I pause for a sec then tell my self she is expecting me to just walk in, so I text "Food is here, want it on the table?" I slip into the house starting to make my way to the kitchen expecting that is where we will be eating at.

I walk out as I'm pulling my top down

going into the kitchen

"Thanks Jon"
"I'm not really hungry but guess I should eat"

"I think it went good, they seemed to like both houses, and like I thought the 2nd one better"
"They were going to go home and talk about it"

"They've been looking for months, and the girls in the office said that wife is a bit of a bitch"
"But honestly to me, she seemed nice"
"She is definitely the one in charge though"

I smile and say "I got 2 subs, a club with mix deli style cut meats then a basic tuna fish sub. I would also be glad to split them so we can have half of both, or do you just want the say the Tuna?"

I smile and say "What did you like about the 2nd one better?"

I nod as I hear they wanted to talk about it.

I could not help but to chuckle hearing it sounds like she was in charge.

"I'm not that hungry Jon, maybe 1/2 the tuna one thanks!!!!"

"I think it had a much better kitchen, he really liked it, gathering he is the cook"

"She and I both liked the layout of the house and where they put the bedrooms"
"Although they don't have kids, so guessing will become an office"

"The color on the 1st house I liked better, I don't think she liked either of the house color"
"But as I reminded them, paint is easy, do it yourself or hire someone"

"I have my fingers crossed, would be fantastic if they buy one!!!!"

I keep my sub set aside to save for later. I open up a cup of Chili to add some croutons and stir them in as I smile and say "If you see a property that you think might be good for renting out bedrooms, or just renting the house. Let me know. Even if you see a house that needs fixing up, maybe I can help you with some of the work to flip the house. To make a few bucks on the side." I then start to eat some of my chili.

I start on my sub

"You want to buy a house? To Flip????"

"There are some fixer uppers out there"
"Need to know the neighborhood you want, and how much you want to spend on it?"

I smile and say "Well flipping homes will be more to help boost your sales numbers. What I really think would be a good long term investment would be homes for rent to family's that will only be in the area for a few years like a military family, or homes to rent out bedrooms to like college kids. Tho yes buying to fix up homes to flip and sell would be a good short term goal for me, and as I said the closing the deals helps your numbers also."

I smile and hearing there are some fixer uppers out there." I smile and say keep a eye out for what you think looks good, I got a healthy bank account saved up so buying say a $70,000 home out right with cash wont hurt me to much."

"I trust you, if the area looks good, or a house really has a nice layout that you like. That is what really matters."

"True, but there may be blowback if you buy threw me????"
"Office politics can be nasty I hear!!"

"You don't want to buy the house outright, then you won't have money to fix it up"
"I don't think you want to buy a house for 35K right??? That's basically a toolshed anymore"

"I will look at the listings and see what there is"
"I don't know neighborhoods here, so will rely on you for that"

"Give me a day or two to come up with a few possibilities?"

"Well if we buy the house in a trust, you can sign the papers with out anyone needing to know who is putting up the money. Ya I do not trust most of the lady's in the office as they seam to be like leaches. I was invisible to them so long as the basic IT guy, I do not want to risk them finding out I got cash and start thinking I am some catch"

"Oh do not worry I can do the 100k and still have cash for the work. I am almost embarrassed to say but I got almost 200,000 in savings. So ya buying a house at or 100,000 should leave a good bit for the work."

"See back in the day when I got my house, it was a old run down farm house. The land the company owns that they built the homes like this for the staff was old farm land. So I paid a small amount compared to today value, I also saved about a quarter of my check and invested in stocks like Apple back in the day. I sold most my stocks off now, but used it as a investment. I also do have a few homes that I own close by the college that I rent bedrooms out to students, so I do not need to really work a full work week. Allot has changed over the last 15 years or so."
