When a head is that obviously edited onto somebody else's body, it removes all possibility of sexual turn-on for me. I do think guys tend to have a more forgiving eye than women do when it comes to slut portraits like that, but when it's so plainly faked it just bores me. If they'd just left the original model's face there I might have begrudged the photo some attractiveness, but as it was...buh.
