Hello there!

So I’ve got a draft of a story which is based around an annual event for male subs.

The idea is to publish a chapter everyday in October so anyone without a key holder can play along! Rather fun right.

So my questions

- does anyone know if it’s possible to request a date schedule like this?

- How many weeks in advance would you need to submit to keep the pattern rolling
- or you submit all of them in one go and the Moderators might be open to the suggestion?!

- Or there is a very handy publish date delay button I’ve not noticed?! Haha

Thanks in advance 🙏

Assuming your story passes moderation and assuming you submitted it in time, you can request an exact date when you wish your story to be published. You write the request as a note to moderator when you submit each of yout stories/chapters.

I've heard of people submitting all stories in a series at the same time and asking Laurel (note to the editor) to publish them on a specific schedule.

I've not heard of anyone doing that with 31 stories.

The safest way is to have all chapters written and submit them at the same time, in a block, and request a staggered release. The site can do a scheduled stagger, it's not something we authors can control.

This assumes every chapter passes the content requirements - if one chapter gets knocked back the sequence falls over.

A chapter a day is ambitious, or they're going to be very short. If it's your first submission, I'd try something simpler, to be honest (I've not looked at your story list).

Fabulous! The power is mine!!!! With the help of the moderators 😊 Just something about being teased and having to wait a day to receive the reward of the story or answer to a cliff hanger!

Kinda what the soapers are built on - Cross Roads and Dallas being my biggest memories for that

Thanks for responding!

Ok pondering the task and the timelines… yes I concur to do this for 2026 would be quite bonkers! Sleep is important in my life.

Thanks for the guidance! Slow and steady wins the race, not everything will get approved?! Although my mind is boggling a bit what would get rejected given the nature of content on here?!! Haha
