I just picked categories off the top of my head. Lit only allowed me to have 10 topics for the poll. So, that's why I figured this thread could be used to discuss various things. Be it brainstorming actual ideas, or mentioning other categories that hold strong interest.

where all these "Links to ..." and "Please vote for ..." can be put safely out of the way of real discussions.

Isn't that the story and poetry feedback section is for? And if you're referring to the fact that many people on here (me included) have a link in our signature, it's because my story has had over 11,000 views and less than 100 votes. I also haven't gotten as much feedback as I'd like. I asked for feedback in taht part of the BB, but didn't get any- this is a much more effective way to get people to read sotries and vote.

I do like ghost lovers and that kind of thing. But, I really prefer the Romantic/Erotic Couplings of first times with that special someone.

Actually, Literotica needs to expand its category list to include combinations of the existing categories, like Lesbian BDSM, Non-Consensual Erotic Groupings, or even Celebrity Incest!

Speaking of which, why did this poll ignore the LESBIAN category altogether? It's my favorite, and I feel affronted by its exclusion!

I know what others have said here...my stories get lots of readers, but very few votes, which is sort of depressing. But then I realize that I am writing for my fantasies and not to get others to pat my back<although that would be nice, too>.

In case anyone asks, I voted for non-consent and if I could have made two choices, bondage would have been second.

Those are the two areas that I can really fantasize about, and that can make me, how should I say, this, wet?

The story line that I am following now is non-consent with some bdsm.

I surely hope that some of you would take the time to see and read them in the New story section.

Yes, and one of those categories was Non-Consensual, and one of those categories was Non-Human. Very good. So WHY did you ALSO need EXTREME-Non-Consensual and EXTREME Non-Human?!! Not to mention Intergenerational, which I might add has ZERO votes!

Why did I have two Non Consents and two Non Humans? Because I can. It is my poll. And, the "regular" section and the Extreme section are two entirely different places. They hold greatly different themes in them. And, the reason I had an intergenerational section is because back when I started this poll, there had been a new thread asking for more intergenerational stories, so I figured it may be slightly popular. Obviously, I was wrong. That is trial and error for ya.

It's just that I was hoping to find a DOUBLE-EXTREME Non-Consensual category to vote for, as simple extreme doesn't quite cut it for me. But no TRIPLE-EXTREME, as that's a bit too freaky.
