Stranded in the triangle

Jonathan:

"Megan!" Jon called out, hearing her voice distantly, eerielly, like it was being carried on the wind to him. He climbed up the side of the cave, and ran down the other side as it slopped down into a sort of valley. She called out again, and it seemed like it was coming from behind him. He stopped and strained to hear her. Her last call was filled with fright, but it was so near. Looking up, he saw a bank of fog hovering past the valleyway. "Alright... Thats it, whatever you are... You're not taking her away from me." Jon ran and burst through the floating bank of fog. He slammed into something, human, collapsed atop with a startled grunt.

Jon appeared out of thin air and landed on top of Megan, knocking the breath out of her. It took a moment for megan to regain her senses, then she threw her arms about his neck and kissed him tenderly. "Gees Jon, a little frisky this morning are we?" she giggled, as if he was so horny this morning that he had to pounce on her. Her face became a little more serious. "I couldn't find my way back to the cave. I called out and when you didn't answer me, i got scared. then all of a sudden you popped up out of no where and flattened me. How did you manage to sneak up on me so quietly?" She was both confused and relieved, but it was begining to seem that, the unexpected, was to be expected here.

Jon:

Blinking his eyes as he lifted himself slightly atop of Megan, he looked down upon her face with surprise, and then... Love. She spoke and all he could do was look into her eyes, greatful that he had found her. A smile creeped across his lips as he felt the soft warmth of her against him, and heard her tease him. "What can I say, you just make me hotter than a june bug on the fourth of july..." He joked back as he laid another kiss on her lips.

The strange miasma was still surrounding them, but it didn't seem so frightening now that he had Megan back in his arms again. He lifted his head and arched an eyebrow as he considered letting Megan up. "You know, I don't think we're in Kansas anymore..." He said as he looked about, finding that the fog was shrinking away from them, like water draining from a sink. The ground was different, more lush, more wild, if that was possible, than before. There was a quality to the air, it seemed charged with the excitement, the danger of the modern world.

I'M BACK BABY!!!!!

With her arms about him, Megan was feeling reluctant to let him go. At least while he was atop of her, she had an idea of where she was.

"Jonathan. I'm scared. This place is like a B grade sci-fi movie. From now on, If I need to pee, you beter stand beside me. God knows where I might end up next time, and the thought of not being able to find you, was terrifying. Promice you wont let me out of your sight Jonathan. Please promice me!" She was starting to think that not only were they not in Kansas any more, were they even on the same planet?

The unpredictability of this place, and the thought of how close she'd come to losing the only other living person that seemed to be in this place, combined to touch on some of her deeper fears. Reaching out, she pulled him to her, pressing her lips hard to his, pulling the weight of his body against hers, needing his weight and strength to keep her grounded, she kissed him with all the passion and desire she possesed. And to her own surprise, with all the love in her heart as well.
