For the record, this applies almost entirely to males being fucked, or to anal sex. The vagina doesn't have nearly as much problem with large diameters, and some women are so shallow that a 7" dildo would be painful. Lots and lots of lube applies to everyone, but less to to the vagina, which can lubricate itself.
