Pretty simple premise: winter is normally a time to be hanging around home but these folks are stuck together during the winter season. Of course, being stuck with someone can lead to thoughts other than anger or madness.

Possible setups: snow in, security, arctic research, lighthouse, sting operation, etc.

For example: theme park had a break in so they hire back some extra staff to watch the park over the winter. Two guys and their manager. Normally they can’t stand her but walking around in the cold then coming back to an office that’s hot enough to make everyone sweat and lots of downtime starts putting thoughts in everyone’s heads.

Been there done that. a few years ago some of the top execs decided to have a Davos type meeting where they could discuses large up and coming projects and cases and so on! I was not on the top rung yet and my father didn't want to go he had decided to take his P/A sex toy somewhere warmer. So I was shipped off to this very nice estate in the middle of know where, when we got there was a sprinkling of snow and we were all helicoptered and were driven or drove in.

The first night the havens opened and dumped tons of snow on us and what was pleasant place became a battle for survival, It is so strange how some totally lose it just because they lose their phone connection.
