I've looked through search and I'm not having any luck. Is there a thread that talks about communication for LDR in the sense of what's a healthy communication. I'm kind of wondering if there is such a thing like talking too much or too little, or even a thread about how often others speak/email/call each other.

Daddy and I usually IM late in the evening then move to phone after our families are asleep. Many times we are up until 3am or later. We often will talk around lunch time either by phone or IM also. It really depends on what is going on with our families and work. Unless one of us are away on vacation we at least exchange off-line IMs every day. I feel like there is something missing in my day if I don't vheck in at least in the morning and before bedtime.

That's just us though, everyone is different

I'm just coming to take up residence in this thread for a while.

And to say as a submissive I'm missing my Dom It's no big secret we are in a LDR, so we go periods of time without seeig each other but this week he's out of the country on vacation. Despite contact, and the fact that I'm so glad he's having a good time, I cannot help but miss him. Its just weird not having him in the same country...if that makes sense.

As I am sure many of you know kinda new to this and still trying to find my way. Anyway it was nice, I met some really nice people and had a good meal. The best way to get involved is to do just that. Google area munches and see what is close to you. If you have a friend who would be willing to go with you, all the better. Just take your time and don't rush things. Be patient and enjoy the ride.
