Submitting a story into a series not automatically?

This is the first time I have been to Literotica forums so sorry if this is not posted in the correct area. But here is what I need help with:
I have a series that has automatically been putting itself in the same category. What I means is whenever I submit a new story, this is what it does:

First time
Story Ch. 01

Second time
Story (2 part series)
Story Ch. 01
Story Ch. 02

Third time
Story (3 part series)
Story Ch. 01
Story Ch. 02
Story Ch. 03

Finally, Fourth time
Story (3 part series)
Story Ch. 01
Story Ch. 02
Story Ch. 03
Story Ch. 04


My question is, how do I make it so part four goes into that category? Literotica has always done it automatically for me and all of a sudden it stopped.

Here are possible things that may have changed it:
New/Different tags.

Possible bugs:
It's only been posted for about an hour now. Usually I check my profile after a few hours to find that Literotica has automatically done it for me.

These are all the things I could think of. Please help me!

HTML ERROR

Story Ch. 04 is shown as a different group. Like an indevidual story. It is not shown as a part of the group just saying 3 instead of 4.

Woops, Literotica did it for me. For anyone having this same question, they do it but it just takes them a little while. Why? I am not sure but it gets done.
