Suck and Sweet

Suck: a big branch from my peach tree broke and fell down.

Sweet: the peaches on the fallen branch ripened and were ready to be picked, so now I have a laundry basket of peaches.

Peaches are my favorite, lucky girl!

Suck: Worked in ditches all day installing new sewer lines into duplexes. Not nearly as much fun clambering in and out and around banging pipes together as it used to be. I’m sore all over.

Sweet: the girl at the auto shop (that couldn’t fix it ) asked if we were on a “brother/sister road trip” - she was totally serious and not trying to butter me up for anything. Made my whole year!
