There are three forums at the bottom of the forums list for the old "Choose Your Own Adventure" system... But as far as I can tell that space and webpage is completely discontinued now, superseded by the newer Interactive Stories category on the main Lit site?
Anyway, the forums seem to be entirely inactive as a community, and also basically unmoderated. The ONLY thing that gets posted there is spam content, which then take days and days if ever to get deleted, since there are no dedicated mods for that set of forums.
My suggestion is that Lit should switch them to read-only/mod-posts-only mode, the way Site News & Tech Support is set. That way the forum can be maintained as an archive in case there's anything relevant or historically noteworthy in there, but it would no longer be a breeding ground for slop and scams!
Maybe someone could post a final Stickied message directing people to Interactive Stories and the Story Games & Interactive Fiction forum?
