Super PACs - suck

Im going to argue this again - there is no such thing as a "free response". Airtime costs money and someone pays for that...so you need to refine your position...who eats that cost?
So either the media companies in agreeing to take that ad money provides the free response time or they charge extra for these type of third party attack ads knowing they have to give free 30 second response time for each ad.

I don't disagree with the final outcome here...the execution will just be difficult. All ads will just get more expensive....and I think that's my preferred. No media company will ever give 30 seconds of free air time....they'll just jack up the price.

Perhaps require all super pacs to add 30 seconds of open space on the backside of their ads that they'd pay for.

All the ways I think of addressing this end up backfiring in some manner.
