Superhero Training Drill Gone Sexual

Hey, sorry if this breaks the rules a bit, this isn't a story idea I'm hoping someone else will write, this is a story idea I could use some feedback on because I'm going to write it.

So I'm writing a story about a mad scientist in a superhero world who makes a living pretending to be a supervillain to run training exercises for superheroes. What winds up happening is he accidentally triggers a sexual awakening in a superheroine client that makes her realize she's actually really turned on by the idea of being defeated and captured by a supervillain, and this spirals out of control into a secret sexy side job as a huge number of the city's heroines wind up wanting in on the fun.

To keep the story from having a really, really lengthy and sex-starved opening, I've been trying to make the inciting incident as sexy as I can make it while still plausibly keeping it an accident, and here's what I've come up with:

Dr. Ironcoat, robotics extraordinaire, is running a training exercise for Miss Mustang, a powerful rookie superheroine whose invulnerability has caused her to get incredibly reckless. He exploits the fact that she made her cape too strong (so it would stay intact and look good for the cameras when she shrugs off devastating attacks) to get her stuck to the wall and restrained long enough for him to fully subdue her and win the exercise.

She completely throws a curveball at him by escaping from the trap by taking the entire upper half of her costume off and continuing the exercise topless out of stubborn pride. Dr. Ironcoat, well aware that wardrobe malfunctions happen in the business and trying to keep his cool and not seem like he's either bothered or excited by this, focuses on trying to win the exercise quickly to end the awkward situation as soon as possible, but it winds up becoming incredibly sexually suggestive regardless.

Here's the main part I could use some feedback and advice on:

Dr. Ironcoat keeps customizing his Lair and the dangers and obstacles in it, and rotates a bunch of themes for his bottom floor final battlefield. Things like a twisted circus, a lethal waterpark, or a monster truck racetrack. I'm trying to come up with a "theme" that could plausibly seem perfectly innocent at the time he came up with it, but suddenly when you're fighting a woman who's topless, it's incredibly embarrassingly sexually suggestive, to the point that he tries (and fails) to keep her from even making it to that floor.

Any thoughts?

I'm guessing you mean the story to, if not be humorous in general, have humor aspects. Given that, Dr. Ironcoat has a robot-tickling room. It's perfect for subduing the invulnerable! You can't hurt them, but (for most) their nerve endings still work!

I think turning a training room excersize sexual would be great fun. I had a fan fic idea of Black Canary and Vixen training together on the JLA watchtower. Then Nightwing joins them.

The mention of Black Canary led my brain to: there is a room with sonic attacks. Miss Mustang happens to be sitting on the Vibrational Disruptor when it activates ....

A sudden thrill shot through her body, making her tingle all over, but especially her groin. As she drew in a deep gasp, she realized: that boxy thing with a tube coming out, the one she sat down on to rest, must be a sonic weapon of some kind. She had to get off it.

She tried to straighten her legs, but they were limp, barely moving as she tried desperately to stand. Another box like her seat was across from her, playing its invisible sonic beam across her limbs! Her face was flushing now, heat rising in both her cheeks and the sensitive bits under her combat shorts. Her invulnerability was useless against vibration attacks! She had to move, but she couldn't stand up!

Finally inspiration came. She threw herself to the side, falling off the weapon. Her magic-hardened anatomy meant that the fall couldn't hurt her, but she was lying on the ground now, still barely able to move, both sonic cannons pulsating her body, resonating, making her breathe faster and use her tiny remaining energy to squirm and moan ....

Feeling all the vibrations as stimulation is unique to Miss Mustang. Her nervous system is not quite human. To a normal woman, it would be unpleasant and leave her numb, which is its training purpose. To her it's like a dozen Magic Wand vibrators in JAV.

One idea I had was a tech-based supervillain who becomes a support hero to thwart a tech-based hero.

• Challenger is a tech-villain who believes planning and good tech can defeat any hero. His usual MO is attacking heroes out of the blue, humiliating them, then leaving the unconscious or tied-up hero as he gets away laughing. When Challenger is occasionally defeated, he has an innate escape ability (for example, teleportation to a save point that he can activate manually or automatically activates when he falls unconscious).
• Challenger likes filming his battles with multiple tiny robot cameras, then masturbating later to heroes and heroines jumping around in tight costumes.
• The tech-hero Gadget Girl arrives in the city and starts handing out new costumes to the other heroes and heroines based on military gear: baggy clothes, bulky armor, belts with large pouches, etc.
• To "defeat" Gadget Girl, Challenger creates the hero identity of Dr. Ironsides. He uses toned-down versions of his Challenger equipment to create danger rooms for the other heroes in town. In addition to being really good training, the rooms tend to have features opposed to Gadget Girl's stuff, such as robot hands that grab baggy clothes but slide off spandex, or tight spaces where armor is an impediment. Dr Ironside's danger rooms are good training, and they grow in popularity.
• Dr. Ironsides's personality as Challenger grows when the heroes start regularly defeating his old equipment. He needs more powerful (but still nonlethal) new stuff. He needs to know he could defeat them all if he wanted to.
