Has any one used one of these? Is it any good? I have a swing and it's great but I would like something a little less work and this looks like it could be fun.

Swiss balls are a blast for sexual use. My favorite is when i do a bridge!( thats when I keep my shoulders on the ball my body extended, and legs at a 90 deg angle. if you dont understand let me know and I'll find a pic for you)

I hope you enjoy it, I would recomend that you start doing the excecises that came with the ball (if they did) so you will be in shape. I neglected to say in the earlier post the bridge took me some time before i had the strength to do it with her on top but with a little work it it awesome!
