Morning all,

I’m asking for a little wordy help.

I’m in the process of writing a story which mainly revolves around anal play and related activities. However, I’m struggling for alternatives for the word sphincter (which is a bit clinical for my taste).

I don’t like the word pucker, which seems to be a common one and I’m just reaching out to see what other people use.

I did see ‘balloon knot’ in someone else’s story recently, which I thought was fun, but I also don’t want to get repetitive seeing as I’ll be referring to said orifice on several occasions.

You don't need a lot of synonyms. Once you've identified it, you can subsequently talk about it without naming it at all, 80% of the time. The reader won't lose track.
