I would take each foot, one hand underneath for support while I used the other the gather and spread your lotion all over. Starting from your ankles and moving down to your heel, arch, then toward your toes and then the toes, each one separately, working in the lotion as well as messaging them. I would be in no rush, spending as much time giving them attention as they, you, need. I would be watching you, your face, your breath, your shoulders, to follow you in the direction you need me to go as I kept messaging them. I would put one foot between my legs to keep it warm as I worked on the other. No rush, just your toes and feet, that would become my world.
